Nice service apartment. Homely atmosphere, staff are very good and generous they talk nicely. You will get homely food with good taste. Located in nice place but little inside from main road. Good hill view. Parking space available for both two wheelers and four wheeler. Nice individual row houses. Facilities you got TV, wifi.

The place is located in the outskirts. It's serene and quite, set in a rustic surrounding. The place is a 2-floor bungalow, converted to a service apartment. The three boys who run the place are very hospitable and courteous to the guests. The dinner served was simple in preparation, light on the pocket and simply incredible in taste. However the owner should spend some more money on re-painting the walls and cleaning the floor tiles. Regardless, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and again a big shout out to the caretakers in the service apartment.

It's a service apartment located in Angelle Hills near Kothrud, Pune. A bit isolated as it's not in the heart of the city. Spacious rooms and baths but could've been way cleaner than what it was. There are no pharmacies, superettes, ATMs, cafes/ restaurants in the area as these are just a row of duplexes on a hill. They do have a decent room service and the staff is polite and helpful. You have to hail Uber/Ola to venture out as there are no autorickshaws available outside the premises (quite a bit of walk to the main road). Overall a satisfactory stay. If they tidy up this place a bit, there could be more repeat customers.

Stayed here in December 2018.||||Budget Hotel (Service apartment?) Works well if expectations are kept below sea level.||||The place is not easy to find. Google maps is likely to misguide you. Best to call the hotel and rely on their instructions. ||||The place is on the outskirts on Pune in an under construction colony of row houses. The approach to the hotel requires one to drive up an unpaved road with inclines, turns and unfilled ditches (no I mean ditches and not potholes). So drive safely if you are reaching at night.||||The staff is untrained but in their own raw way helpful and hospitable. Accommodation is bedrooms in a cluster of row houses. They have sufficient car parking just outside each row house.||||Beds are comfortable. Rooms are just about clean. Washrooms are OK. Not unclean but stained. Water clogs in the bathroom sink. If you get the flow - minimally maintained.||||Would I stay here again? Yes, If I was staying alone and couldn't find another place. Wouldn't stay here with family.

We had a long stay in Ema Hospitality located in Bavdhan. The stay was very comfortable and culnary delight especially because of the care taker Mr Deva, who is the key person managing the whole place. He properly managed the whole setup single handely and happily attended to every guest's requirements. He is very sincere and hardworking and ensured all the guests are taken good care. To add on a gourmet cook who made food as per our spice level preference. My family is very content with the hospitality. Special Thanks to Mr Deva for making our stay memorable.

The guy who serves as a manager also happens to be the cook and has amazing skills of a chef. The food both times i.e. dinner and breakfast was amazing and healthy and clean. I enjoyed my stay a lot!

I am with my experience but little bit disappointed as this place is very hard to find. You get free wifi, water from RO and extra towels etc like other hotels. AC, TV is provided. Bathroom is splendid. But view is not that good. Road to this place is not even rideable.

Horrible location. Extremely isolated place. No transport available. Still under construction. It's just small flats / apartments converted in hotel. No other facilities. One person takes care of everything from cooking breakfast to housekeeping. Room interior is cramped but good.
