OYO 22312 Hotel Nandanvan

Everything absolutely perfect. Celebrity may find annoying but middle class, working professional and upper middle class category people will really enjoy the stay. Location is absolutely great. Apte Road Shivaji Nagar main market area.

After a long period of time staying in the hotel with my child, I've thought of it as a home away from home with the kind support and co-operation of your management and staff- Mrs. Harjeet Verma, Mr. Pal, Neha ji, Dhanraj ji, Narayan ji, guards: Thapa ji and Yadav ji. The other sincere staff- Pritam, Aniket, Dhananjay, Amrit, among others were very helpful. Thanks and regards.

"The reception staff at this hotel is extremely rude, unprofessional, and lacking basic courtesy, especially Nilesh, Their behavior creates the impression that they consider themselves the owners of the hotel. If you're looking to save your money and avoid unnecessary stress, I strongly recommend not booking this hotel. The management urgently needs to understand the importance of customer service and train their staff accordingly."

We stayed here for 2 days. The only good things about this place are the breakfast and location. Besides that, our room was not clean, bedsheets/pillows/towels were dirty and had stains, TV screen had cracks and was not usable. At the end of the day, you get what you pay for

Rubbish hotel. The room fan wasn't working, electricity was sparking, bidet was spraying water incorrectly. I had to get these all fixed after complaining 5-6 times. Additionally it stank of cigarette smoke, I complained 3 times and all I got was "what can we do if people smoke". Not an apology or any suggestion to remediate the problem. First time they just sprayed air freshener, second time didn't heed to my complaint. For the first night my room was entirely filled with smoke and ruined all my clothes. This ruined my entire set of laundry, not to mention the stench of smoke filled my room THE WHOLE NIGHT and caused me to fall ill. Finally, after complaining for a 3rd time they switched my room- which they should've done a long time ago. Despite ALL of this, they didn't even let us keep our luggage for 2 extra hours and insisted that we book for that day. It's stunning. They expect you to be accommodating while providing a third class service and go by the book when it suits them. To management - don't write a review telling me to get in touch or whatever, I'm not interested. You know my complaints, look to remediate them.

Great place to stay at the city centre. Budget friendly in every aspect I would say. A lot of bad and good comments are found in the review but I would suggest everyone to experience the property themselves and then make up their own views. I didn't find the negative comments to be realistic. In all I had a great experience.

Service standard has to raise above. Unless you ask, they would not supply toileteries or towels. Fr9m the time I landed, I was asking for an extention of one day stay. None bothered.

Worst service ever. They don't give a bisleri bottle of we continue our stay for longer. They serve worst breakfast. In room there is no proper switch board. As I hv come for official work my office booked this place don't have option
