Unprofessional & Stressful Experience at Escenza Spa** I had one of the most disappointing and unprofessional experiences at **Escenza Spa, Oxford Golf Resort** on **19th April 2025**. I had booked a **90-minute spa session at 2:00 PM**. My family and I reached the spa by **2:15 PM**. At the reception, we were informed that due to the next guest's booking, we could only be accommodated for a **60-minute session**. Although this was unexpected, we agreed without any complaints, respecting their schedule. However, just **30 minutes into the session**, the spa manager **Ms. Sangeeta** knocked on the door, **interrupted the therapy mid-way**, and asked the therapist to step out. I was told the session had to be stopped *immediately* because I had "come late." This was shocking--no prior warning, no professionalism, just abrupt disruption. By that point, only a **partial foot massage** was done and some oil applied on my back--nothing else. I was told to get up and leave. When I politely tried to explain that this was unacceptable, the manager became argumentative and kept repeating vague "policy" terms without actually addressing my concern. She simply said, "the next guest has arrived," and insisted I leave. No apology, no adjustment, no resolution--just a stressful confrontation. This experience was **completely opposite of what a spa should offer**. We came for relaxation and left more stressed. Even more disappointing is that we are *still staying at the resort*, and no effort has been made by the spa or resort management to acknowledge or resolve the issue. For a premium property like **Oxford Golf Resort**, this level of service is highly disappointing. I sincerely hope the management looks into this and ensures no other guest has to go through something similar.

Had a wonderful stay.. Both rooms were superb and amazing housekeeping and room service Kudos to fnb team for amazing food.. We tried all cuisines from Korean to Indian.. High five to chef vivek for amazing hospitality

Very spacious rooms with luxury stay. All the dishes were tasty, especially the pasta by chef Rajendra. The Staff was very courteous, especially, Ms. Komal. She went out of her way to make our experience special. It was a memorable birthday for me .

Restaurant and room service is painfully slow. Ordered a veg Ramen that came with egg in it. Sameer, one of the servers, was very helpful with this and also apologetic. But another lady server was extremely rude about it. In the chocolate mousse we ordered, there was a fruit fly. Breakfast was very basic. Rooms and location were really nice.

Oxford Golf Club is a great getaway near Pune, just 20-25 minutes from Deccan. The property has a serene atmosphere with cosy, well-maintained rooms. The breakfast spread is impressive, offering a good variety of options. There are plenty of recreational activities, including a playroom with table tennis, squash, badminton, chess, billiards, 8-ball pool, and a snooker table. The swimming pool is well-kept and adds to the relaxing experience. One of the highlights is that you can also enjoy golf by paying a small fee, making it a fantastic experience for golf enthusiasts. With a couple of restaurants serving delicious food, the overall experience is excellent. It's a great place for both couples and families with kids. Highly recommended!

One of the best resort with added golf view and practice play. Most scenic view of golf course. Staff is one of the best, they never say no. Great food , indoor games, swimming pool etc. for kids they have plenty of stuff to make them busy.

We had company training session here and it was awesome experience. Room are neat and clear and area is very large. Rooms above 3rd floor and golf course facing has very nice view. All meals were good in taste and variety. Overall if you are a golf fan or want a small family outing then this is a good place to visit.
