Orchard Hotel

Haven't seen a hotel with such dirtily maintained common space which includes the Reception area. The small restaurant is more like a formality. Their buffet is not good with only 2 items everyday & terrible coffee/tea.||Their rooms are old & need a lot of repair work.. Have dampness on their walls which is awful for the guests staying there. Bathrooms are also old. Overall not worth even half the price they are charging due to being in a good part of city.

The hotel is situated in Shivaji Nagar, right in the middle of the city, with FC Road nearby. From Pune airport, it takes around half an hour to get there. Large rooms are a feature of luxury accommodations. Great room service. The cost of food is comparatively lower. Every employee is polite. For a fair price, stay for a few hours longer. A good stay at a reasonable cost. Good value for the money.

3rd Class Hotel. The rooms are dirty, there are mesuqtoes in the rooms, and the bad bedding has stains and holes. They only have poha and aloo paratha for breakfast. The lift is so small that it will be extremely uncomfortable for four people to stand together.

All the other reviews are correct. Rooms are not maintained, and they smell. The first room shown to me looked to be recently vacated, the smell of cigarettes was a dead giveaway. And the roaming cockroach on the bathroom door was all I could do to get out of there. Then the second room shown was better, though the marks made by mold and water on the room walls was depressing to see. I would summarise it like this: you are a bachelor or a boys group, this place would be strictly okay and adequate, nothing great; but for families,kids,parents etc., i would suggest to look for a different hotel. No complaints from my end on staff behaviour and communication. It was all good on those points.

Pathetic! Rooms are run down. It only sells for location I reckon. Rooms are in really bad shape. Broken equipments, plumbing and mosquitoes. Unhygienic as well. Would not recommend.

This place is a complete disaster. The rooms are dingy and reek of old air and mold. The AC in the room wasn't working, the sheets were filthy, and the morning tea came in a broken kettle. On top of that, the room had broken curtain rods, and the bathroom was covered in stains. It's absolutely not worth the price for the lack of hospitality. I wouldn't recommend staying here even if it were free of charge.

Worst rooms, worst service. Not even 1 point to say as positive or likeable. First room they gave was too small & the bathroom room lock was not working. I upgraded to a bigger super deluxe room, the entrance door was not locking. Again changed to similar room. Every time we locked and came back, the card wouldn't work and we had to go down and then get the card rectified, at least 6 times. The bathroom was pathetic. Asked to clean the room, but they didn't. They were not bother to give a discount with all these issues. When I said my review is going to 1 star they were not bothered. I would give -5 star for this hotel.

Horrible rooms and hotel. They are very dirty and not maintained well .the lobby and the entrance are also really bad. Not worth the price at all .pricey due to the location. Most of the reviews are paid
