Good place to have small get together or to celebrate special occasions. They have decent size Banquet Hall and adjacent dining hall which was easily accommodate 100+ people. Food quality is also excellent with range of dishes to choose from.Specially banquit sales team very helpful

I stayed for a night, staffs are good helpful. But I wasn't satisfied with the room they had provided me. Very fair opinion, not too clean like a spare room was alloted to me. Washroom is too small. Paid a standard charge for the room but not worth. The bed is horrible in terms of the quality of the mattress, it was full of grit on surface which was a pain sleeping on it. I managed sleeping at it was for a night only. Please check before you finalize a room with them. For the location and reach to nearby famous places this hotel is good.

My recent stay at orbett hotel was truly exceptional The rooms were impeccably clean and spacious, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful especially the sales team. The breakfast buffet was a highlight, offering a wide variety of delicious options. I highly recommend this hotel

I stay here with family it is situated in prime location and convienient for any where to go. Staff is very polite and generous. Rooms are very clean and neat. Satisfied staying with orbett.

The room was clean, comfortable, and had all the basic amenities I needed, including a flat-screen TV and complimentary toiletries. I was also very impressed by the breakfast options--they had everything from fresh bread and croissants to hot eggs and sausages, which was a great way to start the day. The hotel is located in a prime area, so getting around was a breeze, whether I was walking or taking public transport. Celebrated my daughter's first b'day here. Amazing experience with staff, food, and service. All guest have given good feedback about the food quality..

Booked for 2 nights. Day 1: Room 401: Malodorous. Extremely foul-smelling. Requested staff to change room, but they said that they were full. Request MMT to cancel one night, but request denied by hotel, claiming that the booking was non-refundable. Day 2: Staff agreed to the presence of foul smell but still did not agree to cancel the booking. Showed some rooms that were stinking too, Finally changed to Room 403, which was a tad better. Front office staff is indifferent. Other staff is helpful. Breakfast - Very average. NOWHERE close to 3* as they claim.
