Octave Bund Garden

I had a very pleasant stay at Octave Bund Garden! The room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. The staff at the front desk were polite, helpful, and made check-in and check-out smooth and hassle-free. The location was convenient, and the atmosphere around the hotel was peaceful. Overall, it was a comfortable and satisfying experience. I would definitely recommend Octave Hotel to anyone looking for a quality stay at a reasonable price!

Photos in the google are deceptive. Rooms are depressing, this is not the first thing that anybody would like to see in their first visit to the city. Beds will break your back if you sleep in them even for 2 straight hours. I booked Octave Koregaon Park and they called and suggested that my booking will be cancelled for some shady reason and I was allocated this hotel, this was all last minute thing, happened the same day I was travelling. Having no choice, I said yes. Hotel front road is one way, you might get delayed cabs and would be problem if you have luggage, main road/metro is 50-100 meters away though. My personal suggestion, I won't stay in this hotel, nor do I recommend it to anyone. Kettle was not working, room doesn't have a manual lock which is scary.

It's wonderful experience to me n my family starting from welcome to check out. Rooms is good, staff is very co operative, service is really too good at late nite also as we check in late night and got full support. Very close to Metro stn. Very reasonable tarrif. I definitely recommend to all incl family members to come their.

Old hotel at best location, ignoring the structure rest all good for plesant and calm stay

I had the most pathetic experience ever. The linen was soiled and unwashed. The rooms were recently painted and the odour of new paint was unbearable. I couldn't sleep all night. The bathroom was dirty as well. The corridors were a dirty mess and so was the elevator. I am never visiting your hotel again. Nor will I recommend it to anyone.

Not a great experience. The bed was absolutely terrible first of all, the mattresses were all over the place when you try to sleep and mostly you have to sleep in the gap between the two mattresses. The service is pathetic. The staff is although very friendly but the service is terrible. We asked for 2 sets of towels and were told that there is only one set. We asked for two glasses and were told that one glass is already in the room, they can only get us 1 more. When we checked in the room didn't even have any coffee powder or tea bags set. When we asked them to clean our room, they just set the bed up without changing the bedsheets and all the stale plates and everything were still in the room. The wifi is absolutely ridiculous and they don't have an intercom. They have a mobile number which you will have to ring to get something. But the catch is there is no network in the hotel. This is some serious god level planning done by the hotel staff. The location is good, hotel staff are good, but for a price of 2500 the hotel is not worth it. They don't even have cold water in the hotel. The washroom is not clean and hygienic The suite which I booked had a connecting room where we got a lot of disturbance throughout our stay. Not recommended.
