O Hotel Pune- Koregaon Park

I would recommend considering alternative accommodations. While the rooms themselves are decent, the overall value is significantly impacted by the extremely high food prices. For instance, a single glass of milk or an apple was priced at 500, which felt unreasonable. Most items on the menu were not only overpriced but also lacking in quality and taste. Additionally, the policy of not allowing outside food further limits options, making the high in-house prices even more inconvenient. In my opinion, this property does not offer good value for money. There are likely better hotels nearby that offer more reasonable pricing and better service. This is a sincere suggestion for future travelers.

Had a wonderful 3 week stay here. The rooms are very nice. The entire staff, from cleaning to the GM, are kind and friendly in a way that made me feel like at home with my family. The food in all the restaurants is delicious, and fast. (Thank you Monika - and others - for excellent service). Breakfast is good and they even accommodated my request for a raw egg protein shake every morning. If it had been possible to give 7 stars I'd do so

I had a wonderful dining experience at O Hotel, Koregaon Park. The food was absolutely delicious, with every dish well-prepared and flavorful. What made the experience even better was the exceptional service. Monica, who attended to us, was incredibly polite, professional, and sweet. She made sure we were comfortable and attended to all our needs with a warm smile. Her attentiveness and hospitality truly elevated our experience. Highly recommend this place for great food and outstanding service! Will definitely visit again.

Shubham from 9 th Floor restraunat has no manners to speak to a customer. He says sir ur bill is not going to go a lot so I can't give u a table close to pool (the full 9th floor is empty) - also when I order and I am going to pay through Zomato he says - ur bill is also not above 5000 so I won't give you a discount. The reason I didn't not order was coz of his rude behaviour. The entire 9th floor is empty and they don't have the audacity to talk to a human. Only Govind was the kind gentleman here who understands what's needed.

I got a third class service. While check-in their room's lock was not working so they kept me waiting for an hour. No humanity of asking tea not even water meanwhile. And next day when I checkout out of two water bottles they given in the room, one they couldn't find so they charged me 235/- and they were not letting me checkout for one single water bottle which to my knowledge misplaced by their staff only. Experience of food. Experience at swimming pool everything was detonating and humiliating. I deserve my refund if not full but partial. This is my humble request before I tweet about this in public.

Great hotel, good service. Rooms are clean with nice layout, a bathtub and a separate washroom. Outside food not allowed but they got 24x7 working room service. There's a roof top pool but didn't have time to chill there

Me and my boyfriend stayed there for 3 days. The room was beautiful and big enough for two people. However we really felt like we were staying in a college hostel with a warden. Firstly, it's not allowed to order any outside food, which is fine and we respected their rule. However once we went outside for dinner and couldn't finish everything and decided to take it with us, as we didn't feel good throwing it away, but the security started to check and scan our bags and threw it away. Every time I had a chocolate in my bag, I had to go through stress as I was scared they would throw it as well. Really disappointed with it. Also they called us before 8 am to ask for decoration payment even though we weren't even checking out that day. Their restaurant is really expensive and I wonder if it's even good after experiencing their service.

Me and my wife came to Pune from USA to adopt our 1 year old. We stayed at the Hyatt Regency for several days first but could not extend our stay there because they were fully booked out. So we found O hotel and were excited about it first seeing all the pictures. Sadly our experience at O hotel was totally a downgrade compared to what we had in Hyatt and way more expensive. This is definitely not a 5 star hotel, but wanna be a 5 star hotel. Beds were hard as rock. No international outlets for charging devices and only 2 outlets in the whole suits only 1 worked. The room felt like it has not been used for a long time and had a dusty smell. They did not offer any cribs for the baby. Staff were not rude but not very friendly either. Food and drinks were okay but way too overpriced. They also don't allow food delivery from outside which is a ridiculous rule that I never heard of anywhere before. Good thing there are lots of good restaurants right across the street. The only thing that I enjoyed in this hotel was the great rooftop pool and the view from there. But for the price you pay it's not worth it. I would 100% recommend Hyatt Regency than O hotel and don't be fooled by their pictures.
