Food was so delicious me and my family enjoyed. We try Indian food it's the food test was excellent. Best dinner In the city. Food service was excellent. Thank you mr. Suraj pawar , Rehan Ansari and sachin pawar for make our experience better. And defenetly come here to have food again and again thank you so much Novotel pune .

O was served breakfast by Amit. He was very polite & kind & brought everything on time. He was very pro active in his suggestions as well. Amit knew the tastes well. He suggested me some very nice egg receipts. He looked good & ready for the occasion.

I stayed this week along with our colleagues for an official event in Pune. We felt "many first of this kind type" experience in this Novotel hotel. This property is completely money oriented with 0 customer centric business model. Firstly there's no check in/check out notification prior or after booking. We reached hotel at 12Noon hoping that check-in will be a 1pm like all other hotels. But this unique hotel has the check-in time as 3pm. Yes you read it right, it's 3pm but we haven't got the room until 3:30 & some got even at 4pm with the fixed checkout time saying 11am. 11am to 3pm is their cleaning time it seems!!! Have you ever experienced 3-4hours waiting for a room in star hotel with their staffs least bothered about the guests? Surprisingly other guests were check-in even at 1pm at got their rooms!!! The second surprise is while booking some of us including myself were got the premiere rooms only saying that all standard rooms were booked already and the tariff of this premiere room is almost double that of standard room. These rates are dynamic like gold rates, for the same premiere room were priced at 13k + taxes in morning and evening priced at 9k+ taxes!!! Third surprise is that when we asked for difference between standard and premiere rooms as the room sizes are same in these 2 variants, we got the reply as "standard rooms are old ones and premiere rooms are renovated ones, no other difference. You know what was the renovation is lights!!! I presume based on the demand, they themselves converting some standard rooms to premiere and charging more. In the room you have to make few attempts to get body wash, shampoo and conditioners so don't lose hope in the middle of shower. TV is useless as all channels need subscription and you left with YouTube alone. Only satisfying thing in the stay was buffet which was good and their checkout process is super quick I personally won't prefer this hotel in future and won't recommend to others.

Great place to stay as it is close to airport as well, good rooms, comfortable beds, gym is well equipped and good staff. They have upgraded the rooms from my previous stays here and must say they have done great job at it. Kudos to Dhanashri for good service at the breakfast.

Best biryani. All food nice I try first time biryani and it was delicious thank you shef kamrul. He maid best of India food in . I like the ambiance of hotel and service. Best service given by suraj , bajrang , lokesh, rima , juliet and all staff . Thank you .

I had a wonderful experience during my stay. The food was amazing and all the staff were really nice. Special thanks to Shanti for being so great towards all the customers and taking good care of us.I really loved the service and had a lovely stay.

Nice hotel and nice location . Wonderful breakfast. Thanks to the wonderful staff including the security staff - Ajay specially who|makes you feel welcome !! The rooms are nice except the few rooms on the top floor ( there is constant noise while night :-)) Thank you

I would really like to appreciate Ms. sandhya from In room dining department for her exceptional hospitality service,she has been very polite ,calm and understanding in giving solutions.Somehow the telephone wasnt working in my room but she took efforts to come to our room and take the order personally. I really appreciate that
