Had a great time with my friends. Enjoyed the pool party, and the sunset. Felt peaceful. Good food quality yet they can improve over the misal that was served for the breakfast. Safe place for girls and family people. Will recommend to visit for staycation

Had a wonderful experience at Moonwake Resorts, Panshet! The location offers breathtaking views, making it a perfect getaway for nature lovers. The food was absolutely delicious, both veg and non-veg options were well-prepared and flavorful. The service was top-notch, with the staff being courteous and attentive. The only area for improvement would be a little maintenance in certain spots to enhance the overall experience. But apart from that, it's a fantastic place to relax and unwind. Definitely recommended for a peaceful retreat!

No communication between management and staff, food is served less hot, even if you ask for hot foot then staff denies the same. Extra charges added to bill for cleaning and water bottles. If any item of food is finished then they do not serve that item again. If you take bunglow then for food you have to go to canteen which is bit far from location, if you take separate rooms then you have to go bit distance for swimming pool. Room locks not working properly and no body bothered to fix it even after repeated reminders.

Worst experience, i will not recommend at all, don't go on reels. Staff is highly unprofessional, rude and dishonest. I went with my family. There was no power in the night, they have generator which was not working. They were giving false promises that power will come in a while. Which did not came. In the mid of the night around 1.30 am when power was back, two guys who are managing this resort, came and cut the line from the box outside our room and went. I thought they are working on power cut issue. I couldn't call them as there was no range. After one hour I heard them passing from outside of our room, I called them and asked what happened about power then again he started the power and didn't answer my questions. I noticed they were highly drunk. In the morning I asked them about the incident happened last night they answered "Ha sir wahi problem hua tha". And he ran away for other work without answering my questions. Food quality is also not good, rooms and washrooms are not clean. There was no handwash, towel and TVs don't work. Parking area is also not proper. The only one thing is good and that is view. That's it.

It was a very disappointing experience. I would not recommend visiting this place -- it's a complete waste of money. The owner was rude and did not communicate properly with customers. Many of the services that were promised at the time of booking were not provided. The room condition was extremely poor, and the swimming pool was unavailable, despite being advertised. For the same cost, you can find much better resorts with better facilities and service. Only the dinner and high tea were good. However, the morning Misal was not up to the mark -- it was almost tasteless and served poorly. Overall, it was a very bad experience. Please avoid visiting this place.

Perfect place for a Staycation.I highly recommend this resort for everyone.Its a peaceful place to live a moment of dreams nd to create a memories with your love ones family nd friends.Food is tasty specially chicken nd mutton talli for non vegetarian & their veg foods are also amazing.All Team members of moonwake resort is so polite, humble nd helpful nd taken care of everything whatever we asked for whether its abt clicking pictures,room,drinks,food,music,indoor nd outdoor games,Swimming pool,boating. I dnt know the name of a guy who take care of our food nd called a boatman only for us for boating nd clicked pictures of us nd one more man who took care of cleaning thank u. Rohit nd Rushi was also helpful.Only rooms,washroom need to renovate nd clean more for hygiene nd freshness otherwise everything is good,beautiful,nd safe.

We had a disappointing experience at this property. Over the phone, we were promised a villa, but upon arrival, we were given just a room. Despite requesting compensation, nothing was offered. Basic amenities were lacking--no towels were provided, and the bathroom was in terrible condition. The tiles were dirty, the fittings were loose, and the wash basin was unstable and detached from the wall. Lighting in the room was also inadequate. Dinner was served very late, around 9:30-9:45 PM, which was quite inconvenient. The taste of the food was underwhelming, though I only tried the vegetarian options and can't comment on the non-veg dishes. Additionally, they had promised a bonfire, but it never happened. The room itself had issues as well--the glass top on the table was broken. The only redeeming factor was the view from the room, but apart from that, nothing met expectations. Third class hotel and they are actually fraud, First they commit as hotel/villa is booked but once you visit property someone already available in your villa. Kindly beware from person called "Rushi" he is fraud as taken your money and not book the room. Not recommend at all....
