Milind Villa

The staff here is very good and friendly. The room service is also very good, if you look at the overall situation, everything is good.You will also get parking space for bike and car here, that too with CCTV camera security.

Stayed in the place for the night. Let me start on a positive note. The place is not so expensive and has a nice AC. The tea was decent and they offer basic food for a price. Now let me dive into the negatives. The place is off the highway and reaching there on a autorickshaw is not possible get a cab or your own transport. The bed sheet in the room was dirty. When I checked out I had to wait for a while for my friend to come and at that time I noticed they didn't change the bedsheets for the next person. They gave refilled bottle of water and not a fresh ones.

Worst rating to this hotel! Humble request to all plz NEVER EVER BOOK YOUR STAY IN MILIND VILLA, BAVDHAN, PUNE,411021 3 days back I had one booking in milind villa ,manager and all staff they have misbehaved with me and my family and haven't given room to us despite booking was done 1 month prior and full payment was also done,still hotel manager was asking us to pay 2k extra in cash as we denied to pay then he refused to give us room.This property has to be thoroughly scanned as we doubt some illegal activitiy is ongoing there due to which manager has done this nuisance and refused us to give room as I was having family. Manager and one staff was fully drunk and they were talking completely rubbish. Plz don't waste your money and risk ur life by choosing this property.

The place is newly built I suppose as the area surrounding the hotel was completely barren. A very secluded location this is, the hotel management seemed inexperienced. I won't say we had a bad experience but it certainly wasn't pleasant. They offered us a room without an intercom and refused to give us the room keys as well. Our room was later shifted. Very amateur staff. Won't recommend this place.

It doesn't feel like a hotel, it's kind of a upgraded lodge with extremely high prices. Had to pay Rs. 400 just to check in two hours early. Booked the hotel through OYO and got a very small room. They give bigger rooms if you take room from them directly. Just there to mint money and not at all interested in service.

You can spend private time here. I also visited once staff & manager also quite supportive and helpful. But the problem is that the room sizes are too small if you are staying with your family. Overall i am giving 4 star to this oyo millind Villa.

This is remote place, Even with GPS, taxi (Uber) driver found it difficult to land here from airport. It is not easy to get vehicle to go to any place from here. If you have your own vehicle, it is ok. Hot water was also not coming in tap

The room given to us was so small and dirty, hotel staff is unfriendly and the hotel is far away from city. Not a nice place to stay. But to be honest , the complementary breakfast provided in the morning was delicious.
