Lemon Tree Hotel, Viman Nagar

My recent stay at Lemon Tree Hotel Viman Nagar was a pleasant experience! What truly stood out was the hotel's fantastic location. Being situated in Viman Nagar, it's incredibly convenient, especially if you are in Pune for business or catching a flight. I loved how easily accessible it was to the airport, which made my travel stress-free. Beyond the location, the hotel had a welcoming vibe. The staff were friendly and attentive, always ready to help with a smile. The rooms were comfortable and well-maintained, providing a relaxing space to unwind after a busy day. It felt like a home away from home. If you are looking for a hotel with great connectivity, Lemon Tree Viman Nagar can be a great choice.

This was a great stay. Everyone beginning from the Reception (Janani and Abhishek and others) were so welcoming and helpful. Super efficient. The food was fantastic thanks to a great chef. Enjoyed the courteous service of Ajyng and Rutik. The room was very comfortable, beds were super comfortable and best cooling. Perfect. Thanks to Keshav for excellent housekeeping. Thanks everyone. The property is very near to the airport and is good for a short stay. Staffs are courteous and the property is clean and hygienic. Breakfast buffet was good. Food and drinks menu is pretty decent. ||Bed matress could have been more comfortable.

Stayed over the weekend for a self-reset. It was a very good experience. The check-in process was seamless and everything went smoothly. The breakfast buffet was yummmm and the staff was very attentive. I chose a corner seat and i was hidden away pretty much, but they found me and kept checking in and got me whatever I needed promptly. I really enjoyed that. Dinner buffet was also nice. The veg options were more than the non veg options but it was all good. There could be some more salad varieties but I loved it regardless. The room service was timely as well. I got a basil pesto spaghetti which was so rich that I couldn't finish it in one go. And the brownies were just heavenly. 10/10 recommended.

It's a pretty good hotel. Food was pretty good and staff are polite as well. Rooms were big enough and clean and comfortable and the visitors are received with kindness which is a noteworthy thing cause guests are obviously treated good but visitors... that's another case, I've seen some hotels where people are rude to visitors but it's not the case here. It's so good. Food prices are so affordable and for the quantity you're getting, it's damn good.

Overall good experience Although few points to remember Don't think it is like a big lavish Lemon tree hotel as you generally get in the middle of the city. It's a small set up but with good facilities. Make sure you book the entire stay dates in one go. Separate booking can be troublesome. For instance I had to extend my stay and had to make 2 separate bookings. Firstly I had to pay a bit extra on booking on different dates. Thirdly I forgot to mention the guest name with me in the extended booking that I made and the hotel reception asked me to increase the traffic even when we were only 2 guests. Fourthly their reception service is not prompt, I tried to connect at the hotel number to clarify my booking issue but no luck. The best thing is their breakfast menu is super good and the staff is courteous. I got early check in as well which was very nice. Happy traveling!! This restaurant might have been decent if they actually enforced a dress code. Instead, guests stroll in wearing shorts, vests, and knickers, looking like they just stepped out of a public restroom. The receptionist could also use a serious attitude adjustment--hospitality clearly isn't her strong suit. And for the love of sanity, if a guest confirms a 12:00 PM checkout, there's absolutely no need to hound them every 10 minutes like a debt collector from 10:45 AM

Rooms are good, clean w/ basic amenities like internet, drinking water bottles, ironing board, iron, wardrobe, laundry bag, dental kit, hair dryer, etc. Toiletries are matched to the hotel theme of lemon. However it was too much of citrus. Service is good and staff is cordial. Food options for breakfast are limited but unfortunately quality isn't maintained. Mostly veg menu. Pav bhaji had very hard pavs. Rava Upma was not cooked properly, raw rava was there in a bite. Tea is average. Idli was hard. Dosa was okay. Methi thepla was crispy, ita supposed to be soft. Overall, Food quality was really upsetting!
