I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel and was thoroughly impressed by the level of service provided. From check-in to check-out, everything was smooth and comfortable. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and offered a relaxing environment. A special mention goes to Pankaj, who went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. His professionalism, friendly attitude, and prompt assistance truly stood out.

I had a generally pleasant stay at the hotel. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff were courteous and helpful throughout. The room was clean and well-maintained, which I appreciated. However, the bed was not as comfortable as expected--it felt a bit firm and did not provide a restful sleep. Additionally, the bath area seemed cramped and could be better designed or maintained, especially in terms of drainage and cleanliness. Despite these issues, the overall experience was acceptable. With a few improvements, especially to the sleeping and bathing comfort, it could be a great stay.

We had a team lunch at Ibis in Viman Nagar, and it was a wonderful experience. The food was absolutely fabulous--flavorful, well-presented, and thoroughly enjoyed by everyone. A special mention to Govinda for the superb arrangements; everything was well-organized and smoothly executed. Our team had a great time, and this lunch turned out to be a memorable outing. Highly recommended for team gatherings and group events!

Terrible washroom, as a female I need space to wash clothes or normally keep some products which was clearly not there. The placement of toilet seat is extremely terrible, the first thing a person seeing on opening the washroom is the toilet seat which is so bad. No shower, no mug, no bucket everything about the washroom was terrible. Food was decent. The matters on the bed was unfortunately uncomfortable. The view from the balcony was a very old building which seemed to be scary for me and for which I had to close the window most of the time which led to no ventilation in the room. The yellow lighting in the room was too gloomy at least one white light is expected. The mini fridge didn't work that well for my ice-cream. Overall it was not at all a good experience given the price of the room. Definitely would recommend the staff to re-think the structure of the washroom.

It was a pleasure staying at the Ibis Hotel. The room size was adequate, though a bit limited in space, and the bathroom was quite small. However, the excellent service provided by the housekeeping team and the restaurant staff made up for it. I would like to give a special thanks to Pankaj from the restaurant for outstanding service

I recently had a wonderful stay of one month in this hotel and would like to appreciate the excellent service provided by the staff. Special thanks to Lucky Jadhav and indrajit for his warm hospitality, Shubham Patne (Assistant Manager) for his professionalism and support, and Pushkar Gholap for making the experience even better with his attentive service. A big shoutout to Chef Sunil for the delicious food -- every meal was a delight! Thank you all for making my stay memorable. Highly recommended!

Pros: 1. Overall had a pleasant stay 2. Clean rooms 3. Wide buffet spread 4. Great service by staff Two cons that needs to be addressed by the staff/ management 1. It was difficult to maintain the AC controllers in the rooms as the temp was not changing had to call out the engineer or turn off the ac many times. 2. South Indian breakfast spread were below average in taste and quality especially Idli, Medu vada, Sambar.. etc

The staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating, and the housekeeping team was highly efficient and cooperative. The room was immaculately clean, spacious, and comfortable. Room are kept clean and good room service .Housekeeping staff always smile thank you @Shubham good job
