Hyatt Regency Pune & Residences

We stayed here for business purpose. Overall ambience is good. Rooms are very spacious with bath tub. I must say room service is outstanding, would like to mention few names from Room service Tushar and Ravindra. Everyday they provided really good room service. Overall service is great. Would highly recommend for longer stay.|Food is also good. Must try C2 pizza and Strawberry colada from Zeta.

I recently stayed at the Hyatt Regency and had a wonderful experience. The hotel was very good and comfortable. The room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The service was excellent--staff were friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist. A special thank you to LOISY for helping us and checking on our stay every day. I truly enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend this hotel to others.

As a group of 3 colleagues, we thoroughly enjoyed our experience at the Hyatt Regency in Pune. We were concerned that the heat (40+ degrees celsius) could prove problematic for us Brits, but the hotel had air-conditioning in all areas and rooms. The concierge service was incredible, always having a car available to take us to our offices and to collect us from our evening venue, and the drivers were always polite, friendly and nothing was too much trouble.||||The breakfast options were varied and of a high quality, and the food and drink we had in the Zeta restaurant and Salt & Co bar were all delicious.||||The service received from the front desk was second to none - with Deepak (concierge) going above and beyond to accommodate our requests and engage in conversation with us, and Bhupender (check-out) and his colleagues provided a smooth and welcoming experience at the main desk.||||Our rooms we clean, quiet and well equipped and the shower was great (that's coming from someone who works for a top-end shower manufacturer!). The beds were very comfortable also.||||We won't hesitate to stay here the next time we visit on business.

Had a beautiful stay at the Hyatt Regency Property, Pune. I was on vacation with my my wife, kid and my brothers family. ||||We had booked a 2 BHK apartment. The apartment was very spacious and neatly done. We were very happy with the stay and the services offered. ||||The food at Pune 14 restaurant was delicious. Had multiple options to choose and every item had taste. ||||I would specially like to mention about Mr. DigVijay( executive house keeping manager). He ensured all our requests were heard and met. He took extra care for us as we were traveling with infants. ||||I highly recommend this property for staycations in Pune with families as the apartments make the overall experience amazing.

The reception team was very friendly and receptive. Great room and great room service. Excellent choice of breakfast. Toilet and bathroom were extremely clean. Although hotel is on the main road with lot of traffic and loud noise, there is absolute silence when you get inside the room.

Good rooms , nice tv and tub and washroom. Good range of breakfast . Lobby is nice and ambience is well kept . Try the local flavours . Though the Italian restaurant is equally good. Hyatt is close to office and we have not looked for any other as long as it ticks all we want

Staff in the restaurant aren't so welcoming. Choice of food are also lesser in the breakfast. Rooms aren't maintained clean in 5th Floor. The welcome lady has clicked pisture of me but never shared it, even insisted many staffs and supervisors but no luck.

Extremely Disappointed - Not What You Expect from a Hyatt I had high expectations from this place, but unfortunately, it turned out to be one of the worst experiences I've had in terms of hospitality and guest support. The restaurant staff were surprisingly rude and unapologetic. There was a clear lack of warmth or professionalism, and it genuinely felt like guests were being judged based on their appearance or attire -- which is unacceptable anywhere, let alone at a property carrying the Hyatt name. Apart from the initial greeting at the entrance, there was nothing that made me feel welcome or taken care of. It completely lacked the hospitality standards that one would expect from a reputed brand, especially in a city like Pune. There's a saying in Hindi that fits perfectly: "Naam bade, darshan chhote" -- big name, but disappointing experience. I truly hope the management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving staff behavior and overall guest treatment.
