Very disappointing experience so far. If I could give 0 stars, I would. I'm currently staying at this hotel and felt compelled to leave a review due to how poorly things have gone from the very beginning. The staff at check-in were not just unhelpful--they were outright rude and threatening in their behavior. I was told my room would be ready in 10 minutes, but I ended up waiting for over an hour with no proper updates or apologies. When I finally got the room, it was dirty and clearly not cleaned properly. The hygiene standards are unacceptable, and it's shocking that a hotel can operate like this. I had chosen this place based on promises of good service, but sadly, those promises were completely false. I hope the management sees this and takes urgent steps to improve both staff behavior and cleanliness. Guests deserve better.

Disappointing Stay - Not Worth the Price I recently stayed at housemate , and unfortunately, my experience was far from pleasant. Despite the hotel's appealing photos and promises, the reality was disappointing. Cleanliness: The room was not properly cleaned. There were stains on the sheets, dust on surfaces, and the bathroom had an unpleasant odor. This is unacceptable for any hotel, let alone one that claims to provide a high-quality experience. Service: The staff seemed indifferent and unhelpful. Check-in was slow, and despite raising several issues (such as the broken air conditioner and lack of towels), nothing was resolved. Basic hospitality and attentiveness were completely lacking. Facilities: The amenities were poorly maintained. The pool looked dirty, and the gym equipment was outdated and barely functional. Wi-Fi was also slow and unreliable, making it difficult to stay connected. Noise: The hotel was very noisy at night due to poor soundproofing. I could hear guests in adjacent rooms and loud music from the bar well past midnight. This made it nearly impossible to get a good night's sleep. Overall, I expected much more for the price I paid. Sadly, housemate did not meet even the most basic standards of comfort, cleanliness, and service. I would not recommend staying here unless major improvements are made.

This place is really awesome. They very well deserve 5 star ratings for hygiene, their courteous behaviour, and excellent customer service. Mayur and his team is doing a wonderful job. I would highly recommend for stay in Pune if anyone's is visiting this metro city. Quite remarkable experience I had.

Very unprofessional. Gave me 2 room keys to checkin, both were used rooms - dirty and not ready. No card payment option. High ratings made me come here but its just like any other cheap lodge.

They keep people standing at the reception and check in process takes a long time, front office team is very slow ...n very rude guy Room not clean very disappointed this hotel , they stop the lift .nd they are saying lift is not working. Don't book this property

I checked on Sunday and from day1 lift is not working. When we call reception for water bottle they don't come even after 1 hour.Tables on the terrace where we eat breakfast are really dirty and with lot of dust.

A very nice place to stay, that accepts foreign travellers! I stayed here after being rejected by another hotel that could not accommodate foreigners and am very pleased with this solution. The rooms are clean with AC, a desk, WiFi, warm water (turn on the boiler) and a huge bed. The breakfast is also good to have, to have since there are not many option close by. The location was a little outside of town, but uber makes it very accessible still. My only real issue is that it's quite loud, both from outside (large street and street vendors with loudspeakers) and inside (guests and room cleaning staff) with little noise insulation. The wardrobe was a little smelly too, but I didn't plan on using it anyway. All in all I enjoyed by stay here and think that it's a very good place to stay in Pune.
