Rooms are decent. Staff behaviour is quite good and inviting. Finding the hotel is a bit of a hassle. Hot water is unavailable in washroom. The "hot-water" tap discharges water at room temperature (which is also cold AF on winters). "Steaming" garam pani is totally unavailable. In winter (Oct-Dec), when you arrive in Pune early in the morning at 6 AM. And the weather reads 14degC. You're desperate for a hot water bath. Then you gotta look elsewhere.

It's a budget hotel but a decent one located in one of the best area in pune. I stayed with a friend but it was more of a business trip. We already stayed twice in this hotel in last two months. Staffs are polite and very prompt at receiving room service call. They have AC rooms, works fine and TV too which we never switched on. They provided just small soups in the bathroom with clean towels. Bathrooms are clean with clean bucket and hot and cold water. Rooms are decent with clean decent bed with clean blankets. Do not expect more than this. The best part is, they allow swiggy and zomato delivery and you can dine in your room. Please read the property rules before you book the hotel. It's a safe hotel for a women to stay. It's a good stay for us for a day. You can definitely choose this hotel for business trip but will not recommend for vacation.

I stayed at Hotel Vrindavan, Pune, for two days and had a wonderful experience. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was genuinely warm and helpful. The hotel's location made it easy to explore nearby attractions. I would definitely recommend Hotel Vrindavan for a pleasant stay in Pune

Staff are not educated, they speak very bad word's, sorry to say this to all who are looking for this hotel to book please avoid and choose best hotel in the Pune location.

Prices of online booking and booking directly at the hotel differ. Online you will get the non ac room and ac room for 1800 and 2100 respectively while through Goibibo you may get the deal for around 1600 and 1900 respectively. One thing is that online booking doesn't provide breakfast. It's just a normal breakfast that includes tea/coffee, bread butter and omelette. Pros: Good location Clean and spacious rooms Friendly staff Cons: Hot water available from 8am-12pm Breakfast is only served from 8am-10am and even little than 10. So if you have to check out early and will have miss the breakfast, it's better to book online.

Horrible experience at this hotel, the staff isn't courteous. There's no proper hot water. No blankets and not even soap and toothpaste. The sheets are old and not clean and the place is hidden above a hospital. I recommend that you go anywhere else in Pune but this place. The manager is arrogant and not a person who has any sense of service or ethics towards anyone. Tread with caution in this hotel.

Dont ever book this hotel, they are doing fraud activities with the people. Me and my office colleagues recently visited Pune and booked this hotel through online booking and paid the amount for approx 5k and when we reached this hotel they refused us by saying that we have not received your mail yet. And they told us to pack our luggage and move. We are trying to register the complaint. Please stay alert folks!

Please avoid the greatest mistake of your life. This place experiences frequent electricity cuts, water cuts and the owner is the exact opposite of "hospitable". He demanded extra money even basic service like running water wasn't provided. Even the tiles in the washroom were untidy and they don't provide toiletries. I know its a low budget hotel but even the cheapest hotels are better cause they atleast have water and electricity.
