Hotel Vandana

It is a very good hotel in budget in this prime location of Shivaji Nagar. Rooms are neat and clean. Staffs are well mannered and good. Only issue is that, in bathroom black ants used to come but since they are not harmful, it is fine.

Very Bad Experience I had a terrible experience at this hotel. The staff was extremely rude and unprofessional. When I requested cleaning, they simply said, "We don't have staff." This kind of service is unacceptable. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-managed stay.

Be Aware ! If there's a negative star then this hotel deserves it. Hotel had cockroaches and bed bugs . Especially on 2 nd floor all rooms. Staff I extremely rude and arrogant. Washroom is worst has lot of stains and stink a lot. Staff don't clean the rooms .

Room was good, no room service available. Staff and reception are pathetic and rude. Specially the specy female receptionist has a different kind of attitude as if she is providing room for free. Highly not recommended.

Most pathetic hotel ever seen. Only good thing is it's on JM road with low price. Rest nothing is good. Rooms are not clean, lots of mosquitos in rooms specially bathrooms. Windows are damaged. No proper flush tank. Specially in room which I stayed. Drinking water are given in used bottles. Fan working on highest speed only. Buttons are damaged.

They have worst service. They provide water in used bottles and that's also not ro water. They provide tap water for drinking purpose. The people at reception area don't know how to talk with customers and start arguing. Don't book this hotel.

I have been staying in this hotel for 7 days... hotel staff specially receptionist me to etna hotel attitude hai... mai bus WiFi ki complaint lekr gya tha... He said this is only your problem.. if the wifi is not working then why do you come to our hotel...

Experience here was very poor, rooms were decent but no room service and no laundry facilities as they mentions in their amenities. Hot water comes at only 8:00 AM till 9:00 AM, who even wakes up that late? We wanted hot water at 6 AM and owner denied to turn on the geyser directly. Apart from this there is no canteen facility available and they do not have proper management, since I had booked my room online and they weren't aware, and to confirm that they kept me almost half an hour waiting in lobby. After certain time they gave me one room which they told me to change after an hour when I was having rest. They kept on ringing the doorbell till I get up and go in other room. What a pathetic way to deal with customers. Just hated the experience! No wonder why it is so cheap. But please do not get simply attracted to the price.
