Hotel has a good room. Staff is very good. Breakfast is fine.

I stayed here for 4 days. If I talk about my overall experience, it was fine. There was peace. It is a good place but the behaviour of the counter staff is not good. Kitchen is not available. They order from outside and charge a lot of money. The rooms are good. Hygiene is maintained well.

Poor Service! The team gives false commitments to the guests and make the bookings while they talk nonsense, and guests not treated well.Always talk about the terms before booking here as they will ruin your day like how they have ruined mine. Very rude management as well!! I will definitely not recommend this hotel for stay!!

Stayed here for two weeks. The rooms are maintained pristine clean. I had an issue with AC water leakage initially but the manager promptly resolved it. Rooms are very tiny compared to other two star hotels. The bathroom is well maintained but there is a constant fluctuation of water flow. I got a complimentary breakfast with my booking but the menu is limited and the main dish in breakfast was always on shortage and we have to wait for a while for our refills. Outside food is not allowed and the menu is very limited. But the lunch and dinner dishes tasted very good. Hotel staff are very supportive and the location has all amenities in the vicinity.

Hotel cockroach inn would be a perfect name. No proper wifi.. Rode side breakfast might be a bit better than complementary breakfast..

Budget accommodation with good service. Rooms are comfortable sufficient for me as a solo traveller and felt will be small for couples. Rooms with AC and spacious washrooms were heaven for hot climate in Pune. Never miss their complimentary breakfast. Service was good . You can avail food either from room service or plenty of restaurants in JM Road .

Good location , near to shaniwar wada, dagdu sheth. Once you reach these places, you can visit near by market, shops, chitale store. You can opt for breakfast - decent breakfast. Service and Staff decent. How ever rooms are small if required for more than 2 people. Rooms and wash room clean. This hotel does not have in house restaurant but they take order and make arrangements. Near by there are many restaurants.

It was an excellent experience. Value for money.... Neat and clean premises. Prompt and ready to serve staff. Complimentary breakfast was very tasty and available in variety, un limited.
