Hotel Suraj

Rooms are not upto mark.Mattress quality was too bad and Jet was not functional in bathroom.Even though, staff was supportive,they changed the room but not bigger change as cockroaches were everywhere and mattress quality was almost same.Area is ok as you are in hotel premises but as per room quality,dirty bedsheets and no lift , according to that,charges are too high. Will not suggest for family,as solo travel male can think to stay but charges are too high as per room and service.

This hotel truly define the OYO concept and only used for that specific purpose. Not at all recommended for family stay. No service, rooms not good for stay, unhygienic. This review is a very genuine review based on personal experience. I don't know why this hotel gets lots of positive reviews on Google, might be they are paid reviews. Hotel is only good for bachelors and OYO couples.

Good stay during our visit for Ganpati Visarjan. Located exactly behind Deccan bus stand. Location is better in terms of Restaurants and fast food junction. Service is good. Rooms are small but it can accommodate 3 person. Rooms are hygiene and well maintained. Need to order food from outside as no attached restaurant. But better stay in low budget hotels.

We are overwhelmed with the service and family care treatment from the Hotel Suraj team. Also the hotel location is the extra edge for the stay. When u r at Suraj , u are at the Heart of the city.

This is a great little hotel in a good location with friendly staff, clean rooms and lots of hot water. Very reasonable price. I stay here when I'm in Pune. I have stayed here at least 6 times.

Hotel Suraj is located in the Heart Of Pune City, all the famous & Prime loactions in Pune are easily accessible from the Hotel. Interior & service of the Hotel makes it truly amazing from rest of the others in this vicinity. It was completely value for money experience. Would love to visit this place again.

This is glad to inform u that ur hotel service is very good and talking about the room service this is mind blowing Every one who works there really cares about customers But the only problem is the manager (PAWAR) He do not care about the staff He is really rude and his behaviour is very bad Thanks Yours faithfully

stayed with family , staff is very co-operative .We booked 3 bed room.Main this hotel connects to deccan bus stop . If u love street food its very near by walkable distance.
