In haste, I made a terrible selection of date and booked for a day ahead, landed at hotel after mid night, was informed , that the booking done is for next day. Shocked, confused and under panic situation, came to rescue Mr. Rudra, the front desk executive, he reached extra mile for me, contacted agoda, spoke to them and got my stay date adjusted. I am so touched and thankful to Mr. Rudra for his kindness and putting customer first. I wish him all the luck and success and would recommend the hotel management to recognize, his kind gesture. So this hotel is situated just beside the hotel central park and the location is very good and the area is very silent and calm The rooms are very clean and all the things are well placed in the room The TV was normal with D2H .The room was big enough for 2 people to stay.There were some issues with the hotel,do check the dates of the things given complimentary like coffee, tea,milk powder they were expired,sometimes there is water issue as well and also some doors are not working fine.So it is good for quick stay like 2 to 3 days not for a long stay

Hotel charged extra to serve tea & 2 bread in room due to I was hurry to catch train when I had booked room included breakfast. Just one good thing that hotel location is close to station. Rest all things are pathetic, never visit this hotel going forward. Will never recommend to anyone

One of the worst hotel ,you will see cockroch dancing in the breakfast area and room ,there was huge network issue...staff was very slow in service and when I ordered some food item like tandoori roti they said as we have less guest we don't provide this now...wierd...hotel hai ya dhabba ..even there such response we don't get

Service is worst, The tap water was off during a bath, hot water was not avalaiable, aftee complaing the receptiinist was arrogant, if you want a comfortable experience please book another premices

Rooms not in great condition, plaster peeling off walls, wash basin drain did not have cover. Towels were not kept in rooms.

The hotel is good and has most of the required amenities which are needed for a 3 star hotel. The rooms are good, big enough however needs pest control for sure .. could find a lot of cockroaches in the room/ washroom. The food was surprisingly good and not over priced. Service was good too. Except the cockroaches part, the rest of the other things were good!!
