Hotel Sardar

We stayed for a day, nice experience. They showed us 3 rooms and we chose 308. Nice balcony view and peaceful. No breakfast but everything is in close proximity. Overall nice experience. Will come again in monsoon and stay here

Poor experience with the hotel. I confirmed the room 3 days prior to the arrival. And on the day of the booking, I called and informed I'll be arriving around midnight to which the hotel obliged to make a room available. But when I reached at midnight, the manager said that all rooms are sold out. This is such a bad experience for anyone visiting a new city at this hour especially when we're travelling with senior citizens. Would not recommend this hotel. IT'S NOT RELIABLE.

I had a disappointing experience at Sardar Hotel near Pune Station. We arrived early in the morning around 5:00 AM, and the staff was arrogant and unwelcoming. Instead of accommodating us professionally, they argued before reluctantly agreeing to provide a room for three people at 2400. To make matters worse, they refused to allow my fiancee to stay with me, citing a so-called rule that doesn't actually exist. Additionally, the extra bed provided for the third person was dirty and uncomfortably thin, which added to the unpleasantness of our stay. We checked out by 8:00 AM, and based on this experience, I absolutely wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.

The location is good but the rooms are average but clean. They don't have an in-house kitchen. So no option for tea breakfast also no kettle in room

I stayed at this hotel for two days. The location was excellent, and the luxurious entry created a great first impression. However, the non-AC room, priced at 1300 per night, felt too basic for the cost. The Wi-Fi was slow, and there was no hot water, which was disappointing. While the staff was polite and well-behaved, they lacked professional service. Overall, the hotel has potential but needs significant improvements in room amenities and service quality to justify its pricing.

This hotel is too good and budget friendly. Staff behaviour is excellent, everything was perfect. Budget friendly and very nice place to stay

it's horrible experience with them , i just arrived at pune station early morning around 5 AM and i booked hotel by goibibo when i reached hotel no any guards available all staff were sleeping normally outside of hotel , when we request to put our luggage bag to store at luggage storage area they denied and say its not responsibility & said if u store our luggage u would book your booking i said i already booked but i would come at 12 pm they not interested in my any point they only said if you book right now so accept my luggage its so rude their name was RUSHI & LAKSMAN , too much bad experience with them , believe me i m with my wife at early morning
