Hotel Sapna

This is in no way a 2-star hotel. The description of the hotel says that the bathroom is of 40sq-ft area but the rooms I stayed were not more than 25sq-ft. I stayed in both deluxe and superior rooms. Although my stay was upgraded to deluxe rooms, the bathing area was too congested and uncomfortable. It is located in prime location and the breakfast included by the hotel was great. The size of the room and bathroom was too small for the price. Please go through all the images and only then choose your stay.

Hi Everyone Let me inform that we had one of best experiences at Hotel Sapna. The Staff, the team, the Hotel was simply excellent. They were very courteous and polite and attended all our request immediately giving us a customer delight.

I had a great stay at this hotel! The staff was polite and very cooperative, the rooms were clean and well-maintained, and everything was organized perfectly. The atmosphere had good vibes, and the breakfast was delicious with plenty of options. Highly recommend it for a comfortable stay!

Had a short stay here during my business trip. Location is advantage. Rooms are adequate size & clean. Staff is supportive. They should improve on multiple menus in breakfast. However, whatever limited menu they had were tasty.

I recently stayed at Hotel Sapna on JM Road, Pune, and overall, my experience was quite pleasant. Here's my detailed feedback: Prime Location - Situated on JM Road, the hotel is close to major shopping areas, restaurants, and tourist spots. Public transport is also easily accessible. Clean & Spacious Rooms - The rooms were well-maintained, comfortable, and equipped with modern amenities like Wi-Fi, TV. Excellent Staff Service - The staff was polite, cooperative, and quick to respond to requests, ensuring a hassle-free stay. Good Breakfast - The complimentary vegetarian breakfast was delicious, offering a decent variety of items like idli, Poha, and bread toast. Value for Money - Compared to other hotels in the area, Hotel Sapna offers a great stay at a reasonable price.

I have stayed at Sapna plenty of times ; this time all was fine except our room no. 101 which was too small and the toilet fittings were not up to the mark. In the breakfast, omlette should be offered as an option. Secondly, "Poha" ought to be laced with enough edible oil and sugar.

Lovely experience. It's a very safe place for families and everyone. Great service and good clean rooms. It's our go to place when we visit Deccan area.Keep up the great service!! Thank you for your courteous hospitality.

Always i prefer hotel by it's cleanliness, i gave 5 star because of the cleaniness of this hotel. Cleaning the room in a daily basis is also very impressive and hotel also located in hot spot of the city. Morning complimentary food and service is excellent.
