Small rooms with untidy mattresses, hopeless staff don't know how to serve customers and more hopless owner. Owner thinks his hotel is 5 star hotel and he is the only person who runs hotel in city. Owner don't have manner to speak to customers.

One of the best hotel for visitors who's planning to go bhimashankar, it's nearby to Puna station, for Gujarati two hotel for meal nearby - Shabri ,shailee restaurant. You can direct reach anywhere by walk just 500m by city bus which facilitates to cost cut of extra payment to auto. Definitely go with this hotel ,good and safe for family

Very good place. Hotel staff very good. Rooms are very clean and well maintained. Great location. Everything on walkable distance.

A nice place to stay..near to pune railway station. They are not giving a sealed drinking water bottle. The staff is good. But at night there is too much noise.

They are not giving mineral water, instead they are using used bottles for giving normal water.. Just 20 rupees they can't afford and they never told me about package water. They are presenting it as mineral Water Neatness also not that good. Room rent is about 1200/-

Rooms are decent. Too old a house converted into a hotel. It is situated approx 3 km from the Swargate bus stand. You can find AC as well as Non Ac rooms. They charged 2000 for 4 beds Non-AC room. Check in time is 10-11 am and you can check out till 12pm on the next day. They offered Towels, soap and water bottle. Probably they won't allow couples, but this is really family friendly stay. You will get Hot water from 3am to 9 am. Washrooms are clean. As building is old rooms are little dull. Near this hotel you can find breakfasts and meal restaurants. Overall a good and budget friendly stay for 1-2 days. Extra note : You can find good hotel compared to this hotel on exact opposite side of this road. That is also owned by them. But little bit expensive than this.

Stayed there for 2 days, checked in on 29th Jan. Very polite and cooperative staff . A very nice dog sits at the reception during night time. MTDC approved . Very accessible. Neat and clean rooms, all basic amenities provided . Price is good. It's being renovated from inside to give a more vibrant and appealing look. Room is not very small or very big . Decently sized for a hotel/lounge.
