Very Disappointing Experience at Radiant Hotel, Pune I had a terrible experience during my stay at Radiant Hotel, Pune. The room I was initially given was not clean at all. The blanket had visible stains and looked like it hadn't been changed. When I requested a clean one, the staff showed no sense of responsibility or basic manners. I complained to the manager, who then shifted me to another room. Unfortunately, this room was also in a pathetic condition -- there were leftover rice and food scattered around the room, clearly indicating it hadn't been cleaned after the previous guest checked out. To make matters worse, the lift was in very poor condition and felt unsafe to use. Overall, the hygiene, staff behavior, and management were extremely disappointing. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a decent and comfortable stay.

I stayed in this hotel twice. Once for two days and again one day on return. As per my experience- PROS - 1. Clean and v big, well ventilated rooms with city view. 2. Toiletries provided. 3. Intercom there. 4. 24 hours running hot water. 5. V cooperative employees. 6. lift there. 7. parking available. 8. Prime location. easy availability of transportation. 9. Water provided free of cost. 10. Smooth check in and check out. 11. Lots of eateries around. Cons - Personally nothing from my side. At this price I got d best deal.

I would actually rate it as 3.8 stars I stayed here for 1 day and 2 nights which costed me 4600 for 3 people without breakfast and meals. You get free tea in the morning which has a great taste. Room size was decent. We were 3 and 1 had to sleep on the floor as they do not have beds for 3 people in the whole hotel. Though they have around 12 rooms. As it is right on main road and on one of the important location, it is always occupied. Service was average. Their intercom was not working in any of the room so you have to call on their mobile number. I called at 7:30 AM and they dis not pick! If you want a main road view go for room 202 but there will be honking noise as room windows arent soundrpoof. You can stay for a day or two.

Decent place is pune for stay, the rooms are very basic and for the cost they charge for Non AC they can be termed value for money. The rooms have basic cleanliness and 24 hours hot water. We did not experience room service but they washed our car for 100 and secondly the place offers ample parking. So if your not into luxury and lioking for a basic budget accomdation you can visit here.

Hotel rediant room is very nice and big size

Nice rooms for overnight stay. Value for money. Got hot water in morning. Location is on point. Just good for two people. FC road, Shaniwar wada, Lal Mahal, Jungli Maharaj Temple are not more than 4 Km. Eat at JM, Panchali, Surbhi.

Worst hotel of OYO i have ever visited, except for location nothing is good abt it. Rooms r not clean, old towels, TV was not working for 2 days, u won't get hot water in night if u want u have to call reception then staff will take ur bucket n bring some hot water. Major disappointment that they dont have their own canteen, we ordered coffee staff came with the coffee n asked for money. I told him that all bills will be cleared while checking out, but he was resistant. Don't have iron n near about laundry took more than 30 mins for ironing one single shirt. Complementary breakfast was tasteless n not the meal u want to start ur day with. If I can give rating in negative, they might get most negative rating from me. P. S. I really don't give such harsh review, but they are asking for it. They have guts to tell my colleagues to give 5 star rating.

Loved staying here...we went there for two days... Neat & Clean rooms, maintain hygiene... Ambient environment...at affordable price...
