Nice hotel, behaviour of receptionist is polite. Reasonable prices. 4 beds available in one room, we have purchased this room only just rs 1500/- and we are 5 people's. Prices are negotiable also. All around it's under budget and nice. Thank you

Stayed there for 1 night. Cost was 1500 per night. Absolutely nightmare. Room was full of cockroaches. The toilet was unclean. View from window you must check in photos (really bad). The whole room was full of black mould (a health hazard). Phone was provided in room but it was not connected to anything. You have to call reception mobile to get service. That too 3 out of 5 times they won't pickup. They don't have own restaurant. Room has menu from nearby restaurant to order which delivers to your room. The food was avarage taste and quality. Considering prices it was ok to have. Will NOT recommend staying here.

Very small room & no ventilation on room and very pathetic service they are running big hotel but they didn't have towel staff also uneducated don't manner to talk with guest

I had a misfortune to stay in this hotel with my family. The fares were taken as told, no complaints in that, but the service and rooms were so bad such that after one day I felt like leaving the whole city. They won't even provide you with hot water to take a bath. I didn't order food from there due to the pathetic condition of utensils they provide , that I have seen ,kept near doors of other rooms. Literally cats were licking the plates kept outside each room by customers which the attendants didn't give a damn about. I've booked the hotel via Booking.com and after my stay I found that the stay was cancelled by the property owner in the website. Now it can't raise a complaint on Booking.com. Water given for drinking was too bad such that I vomitted after taking a sip of it. Washrooms were untidy like public toilets,rooms had spider webs all over, bedsheets were torn, and yellowish. I beg you guys, please don't book any room in this hotel and put your mood in risk.

One of the worst hotel I had stayed. Hot water only comes in morning for some time. If you book online they will give you they worst room and convenience you to cancel the booking and book offline. If complaint any issues in the room to the hotel persons they will ignore you..

Hotel not bad but service is not satisfied bathroom aur room not cleaning in clear hotel tea is verry bad test pls chenged your tea test

Very worst service manager does not know how to talk to customer very rude behavior. Very worst service please do not take any room in this hotel... they are not working as per customer satisfaction

Fraud Hotel, the price is overcharged and they don't care for customer and have rude behaviour. They should closed this hotel and sit at home.
