Hotel O Shoreline Heritage

I have been booking this specific hotel since years as it is convenient for me to travel from here but the hotel staff never accepts online booking they will call you ask you for your confirmation and when you reach their they ask you for more money. And this is fraud. Bc fir online hotel register kyu kiya.

Booking this hotel was my worst experience in hotel booking. We were two friends and as we reach there guys on counter was already quarreling with another guy who booked rooms in that hotel for the extra money. By the way we booked room offline and we were to take a exam next day we ignore that instance. But it was biggest mistake of ours and after booking we found them so much rude they don't know how to talk with guest and their behavior was as if they are our boss. I strongly recommend everybody to avoid to book this hotel even if you found it 500/- per day. By the way room was OK but there is so much chance that you have to fight with them. Say no to this hotel and please share your review over this hotel whatever you have experienced here I am sure there will be many many more bad experience.. Because man on counter is pathetic and goon type never ever book this hotel let them know the power of common people. once again say no to this hotel no no no no no no a big no

Scam. Asked for extra money when we already paid the full amount from Agoda app. Rude and abusive language. Even customer care of Agoda couldn't do anything. Please book somewhere else and save your time.

Horrible experience. We had to book another hotel at midnight because they asked for extra money inspite paying the full amount through OYO. OYO was trying to contact them but they didn't pick the call so OYO failed to help us. Staff is rude and abusive. When we arrived the manager was arguing with one customer and using abusive words. Beware and book other hotel if you don't want to roam with your bags at midnight looking for other hotel.

This hotel is running a very big scam and Oyo is involved in the scandal. They are fraud, extremely rude and don't have any co-operative behaviour towards their guests. They charged extra money even after I had paid the full amount in online PayTM mode and didn't even explain to me why I'm paying extra. They literally denied me entry into my room if I don't pay extra money. This is an illegal extortion of money.

Clean and well maintained rooms, good quality was good. Location not very good. But a good place to stay if you are on a business trip.

In love with this place. I have visited here for the first time, but the staff is very generous and very attentive. We even received the call for dinner. It felt very satisfying. They have maintained the hygiene & service as everyone expects from the Oyo hotels. This place deserves 5+ rating for everything. This Collection O 50322, was truely amazing experience with so much of comfort and service was excellent.!!! Cheer's
