Pathetic service by someone named sovi. We ordered daal khichdi we demanded one plate extra for the meal they refused to give us and behaved arrogant.

Worst experience here !! Bathrooms tiles were broken , taps were also broken only single tap was working that too leaked , shower was just for showcase purpose . Moreover the bathroom was congested. Room was much smaller than expected . Food was okish . Rooms were dirty even bedsheet had some stain . AC wasn't functioning properly. Overall I'll not recommend this place to anyone, plus the location is also difficult to track on G maps .

Worst experience. I booked the room on oyo website, but when i called hotel at the time of check-in, they said that hotel is overbooked and refused us room. I suggest book hotel by visiting it and oyo itself is a scam.

-5 rating to this hotel. No hygiene at all. The room was so dirty. The bed sheet and pillow cover were not clean. No bucket not a mat was there in the room. AC was not working. The fan was making noise I was not able to sleep for 2 nights. No room service provided. Drinking water or even glass was not provided. Hot water was not available on time so I was late for the office meeting. Hotel Location is also far from the city thus availability of transportation was not on time.

Not so good space to spend a day or night or to leave in. It's like Amdaar Nivas rooms. Average room. Not so clean beds and bedsheets and also blankets are not good. The tile of the room was not perfectly cleaned . The toilet is so much old type:( one thing i enjoyed here is the Lights of room and Tv that works proper. Need to change dust bins. The wardrobes chuk chuk sound needs some oiling to make customers comfortable and the important thing is the voice of hotel coming in our room is so disturbing that the oyo needs to maintain echo and the voice that passing through the room to the lobby and the lobby to room.

Ambience was quiet nice. Overall good to go. Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice. We travelled with two six year olds and lots of luggage and despite the stairs up to the elevator this was one of the nicest places we stayed

- lot of ants were crawling on bathroom wall in one of the rooms - bathroom is very small in size - I booked room online with free breakfast option but property denied to provide free breakfast. They charged me extra money for it + Room is good. + Staff appeared polite and co-operative + Paid rs 650 for one day for ac room in May 2022 + In house restaurant menu is not expensive + 10 min walking distance to the food Street (khau gali) known for variety of food options and restaurants + Check in check out process was simple + Good hotel if available for budget price. I will suggest to book if available for < rs 800

In the room i stayed was with a single large bed and the room was too small as the space to enter the bathroom was so small that I had to enter side ways. The bedsheet and the blanket had lot of stains. They were washed once i guess but the stains guests leave are the shameless ones. They have a restaurant which made a good food I ordered Paneer Masala, Butter Naan, Butter Roti. Taste was good.
