Hotel O Kharadi

If I could give negative stars I would give that. The images were very good and the rooms were exactly opposite. First of all the location given is wrong so I had to deal with Cab drivers and ask them to help me find this pathetic hotel. Then when I got there from the looks of it I thought its very cheap hotel with no facilities. After getting the room, I got to know that the rooms were filled with foul smell, bed bugs were running all over the place, shower was broken, bathroom was not at all in hygienic condition. When I asked for other room they said everything is booked. I had to book another hotel in the middle of the night as I cannot sleep in such an unclean and unhygienic place, I had to leave my luggage, went to a new hotel booked from booking.com and then checked out early the next day from this pathetic hotel. I am never going to book any other hotel from OYO, false rating, and false commitments.

No soaps provided, wet towel was provided and no action was taken even after informing the staff about it. Room wasn't that clean and shower was broken. Several bugs and cockroaches in the room. Overall if you are having a very bad time in life you must take up this hotel otherwise look for some other property

Overall experience is very bad the team is not supportive very arrogance behaviour from Team & Also the customer support team customer support team is not responding properly to anyone.

Pathetic condition....cockroaches in washroom, dirty bed sheets and pillow, cheap spring mattress which creeks when u move a bit..the location is inside a dirty lane..I'm never going to stay there..yuk

I recently stayed at this hotel, and it was a terrible experience. The room was extremely dirty and did not match the pictures online at all. There was no TV in the room, and the air conditioning was barely functioning, making the night unbearable. To make matters worse, they did not provide hot water for bathing. The parking is inconveniently located far from the rooms, and the surrounding area feels unsafe, raising serious security concerns. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Worst hotel, it's cheap coz couples who can't afford something nice comes here for seggs that's all, rooms are bad, molds, no ventilation, bad walls made which are made of cardboard and plywood, and worst is the bed, it's a spring bed, but as its used for seggs only there by 99% of people, the springs on the beds are broken and you can't sleep comfortably, and when you do and wake up next day, your back and body is gonna pain for atleast 2 days and it's a very bad experience.

The experience I had was truly terrible. Despite the website's enticing presentation of a clean and appealing appearance, the reality was quite the opposite. There were no amenities such as a TV, water supply, drinking water, or housekeeping available. The only staff member present was the person at the reception, solely responsible for collecting payments. Additionally, it's important to note that you should bring the exact change when making payments because if you provide extra money initially, you'll be promised a refund during check-out, but when the time comes, you'll find it exceedingly challenging to get your money back. This made the place a highly unpleasant and regrettable choice.

Room is nothing as showed in the Oyo profile they charge more than they get in person room tarrif is 800 in person but we paid 860 in Oyo for nothing room is very old no maintanence broken jug for bathing tv was not working no remote .. bad smell in room were they provided when we asked for room freshner and service was pretty fast but ambience very poor for family stay very noisy that there were sound in midnight too .. feels like someone is banging the door but they didn't people were walking here and there ..
