Hotel O Kanha Inn Lodging

The owner is very rude and doesn't give rooms for the price that was decided by Oyo. Both Oyo and this hotel owners are cheats and they say that Oyo has told them to cancel rooms if they want. I had paid half money via Oyo to reserve my room and had agreed on a final price of around 800. Upon reaching there the owner said he won't give my room for 800 and I have to pay 1500 if I want the room. Even after arguing he didn't give me the room and even Oyo customer care did not help me in anyway I would suggest not to come here. There is a better Oyo hotel nearby called RK regency. That hotel is actually very good and the reception staff is also very polite. Better to go here than waste money and get cheated by these ppl.

My experience is Pathetic & Appalling . This oyo flagship kanha inn property owner and Oyo company both are cheat . Oyo tantalise tourist by displaying low rates , offering AC and all amenities but when we go there the property manager and owner abruptly rejects everything and ask for extra money. Oyo customer care team is also hopeless and brazen. They only say, sorry sir , we cant do anything. Neither property owner or manager receives phone nor their area manager. . All their promises and assurances are faux. I was left stranded in this hotel as hotel manager straight way said we don't honour OYO bookings. Oyo just sell at low rates and don't give money to us. I appeal all travellers don't blindly fall into trap of Oyo rooms . The way they are operating sooner or later they will shutdown. AVOID OYOFLAGSHIP KANHA INN , AVOID OYO..

The lodge itself was a haven of comfort and tranquility. The rooms were impeccably clean and tastefully decorated, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep.

Very bad experience with this hotel. They demanded and charged extra money than OYO booking rates. Staff was not polite. I will not recommend this hotel any more

Rooms are Good and staff is very descent. Feel relax and peaceful I personally prefer to stay heare again or when ever I come to pune
