Hotel Moistin Pune | Business Class Hotel | Corporate Hotel

The hotel staff provided excellent hospitality and cooperation throughout my stay. On the morning of my departure, I needed to leave early for my daughter's entrance exam. To my pleasant surprise, the staff went out of their way to arrange an early breakfast for her at around 7:10 AM. I truly appreciate their thoughtful service and attention to detail. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so comfortable and memorable.

Doesn't felt like a business class hotel Took a suite room and it felt ridiculous. Very basic bed. A congested sofa and a balcony with no privacy. Curtains not closing properly for a proper blackout to sleep. Didn't understand how it justifies the price which they charge. Restaurant staff are ridiculous . Not attentive. Food is passable.

I stayed at the hotel for 2 days . The Hotel property is good with ample parking space available. Only problem is that approach road is small and is located inner areas of Hadapsar which sometimes gets jammed due to traffic jams. The rooms are good and spacious and have some basic amenities. The food is super delicious and the service was top notch. Royal Deck is a pleasant open air restaurant serving nice food. However, the breakfast spread is not that great with very few options. Overall a nice and pleasant stay at Moistin.

Staff is not cooperative. Attended a wedding there, someone had lost his bracelet, they were reluctant to announce the missing item.

I want to start by saying the service workers here were excellent! Very helpful. The experience with the hotel was not great though because they tricked us into thinking there was a rooftop bar and pool. That is not true!!! Don't fall for it. We checked out the "pool" area and it looked like it hadn't been used in a long time. They even seemed unhappy that we went up to the pool area to take a look ourselves. We asked about the pool and the front desk told us it would be open the next day, but it never opened. They still expected us to pay the full rate even though that was the main amenity we booked it for. Let's just say, the Moistin was NOT moist. :(

Food quantity is very bad i happened to visit this place for a reception i literally had only 3 bits and left it. Worst and pathetic.
