Hotel Laxminarayan Niwas

Very nice and neat and clean stay. Staff is very helpful, friendly and polite. Price is quite reasonable as per the location and facilities.

This is a nice budget friendly clean hotel situated near Pune railway station. Near by areas has food options. Staffs are nice too. They do serve water but not mineral water; normal water ( could be tap water) is free, mineral water is chargeable. I appreciate the staff and management for keeping the hotel neat, clean and fresh. My suggestions to management is to serve free branded mineral water like bisleri, bailey..etc, it will not cost you too much but could bring bigger impact. Overall nice experience with hotel.

The hotel is situated in a calm and quiet area in the city. It has a really good retro ambience with all the walls painted white and also the floor was white marble. On my visit I took a room for 02 and the room was really spacious, but the bathroom was a little congested. There was no bottled water provided at the time of check-in and there is no wifi available.

It is a heritage hotel, approx 96 years old! They have provision for bottled water only, don't serve food because good south Indian food restaurants are only next door!!!

Warm welcome , very cooperative host, clean rooms, homely environment, centrally located, nearby railway station , petpujari restaurant which serves tasty food ,overall recommended for stay

Out standing hotel .... The person are so polite they are.. the owner is too good and kind person the manager at night time person is so kind and helpful for service

Nearby railway station, easy commute with rickshaws, worth staying as place is peaceful a bit.

Located middle of city and with fixed room rent charges along with proper cleanliness maintained.
