Don't go by the rate. We won't get good service and room even by paying good amount. The rooms were full of cockroaches, and insects. There were no toiletries provided except for Soap and Shower Gel. AC is pathetic it takes hours to cool.

Pros 1. Nice location 2. Rooms were nicely maintained 3. Room Service was very fast 4. Food taste was good. 5. Staff was nice Cons 1. I observed some sort of smell form wash basin water 2. Variety in Breakfast menu could be more I stayed in Superior room and based on price, I can say everything was almost promising.

Average hotel. Rooms are old. Cockroaches are seen inside. The bathroom is not maintained well. Good location. Service is fine. Food is expensive

1. Don't go by the Outlook. It's pathetic inside for the price point. Meet mosquitoes and cute little cockroaches and unprofessional staff and no wifi along with no sorry from them. 2. On call when enquired:- 3500/- agreed. Arrive at the hote:l- 4000/- even after showing call recording of the hotel agreeing for 3500/-. 3. Hair poha and plastic butter for breakfast 4. Jet spray to your left so that you can wash your a** with the right hand 5. If you are feeling fresh, take a bath here to feel dirty. Towels are not old but vintage. 6. Even if 1 person trusts this review and not stay at this hotel, I feel I have done a big social service.

Good location speacially for a day stay for a night for any work in Pune to be concluded

I won't say it's bad but service needs to improve. Food quality is good. perfect location Okay for business meetings but I will suggest exploring other nearby options.

Room are quiet good but front desk team is not co-operating with the client with proper manner. They are not able to solve customer small issues. And giving excuses by our owner is not taking care of this. Worst experience not recommending to anyone.

Firstly nobody at the front desk picks up the call. The guy at the front desk is an entitled person who talks as if he owns the place. They will cut your call randomly when they don't want to answer your questions. If you want good customer service, do not book here. They don't accept bookings through Agoda. So we called and tried to reason with them. They are unwilling to even speak to us let along be willing to resolve the issue. This hotel staff is filled with entitled people who assume they are above all. I would suggest staying away from this at all cost. Rooms may seem good but if you never get the room that you booked, what is even the point?
