I forgot my one of bag at hotel. It was secured until I dunzo it. Good response and care by staff. Rooms are clean and comfortable

We stayed in Hotel Forest View for just one night. It is a new property however the only one in the whole Sinhagad area where the property was clean and neat. Staff was very supportive in terms of suggesting places for sight seeing and hanging out. The room was beautifully decorated. All amenities provided for a comfortable stay.

The staff took ownership of the mistake and made it right. We appreciated their accountability."
