Hotel Everest Regency

I recently had a wonderful experience at Hotel Everest Residency. Right from the beginning, the entire staff was very polite, professional, and cooperative. The check-in process at the reception was quick and smooth. My room was clean, spacious, and equipped with modern amenities. The bed was comfortable, and all the facilities required for work - such as high-speed Wi-Fi - were excellent. The hotel's location is also very convenient - it's easy to reach nearby business centers and tourist spots. The peaceful and clean environment makes it an ideal place for both work and relaxation.

Absolutely Disappointing Stay! The rooms at Hotel Everest Regency are spacious and look nice, but the overwhelming septic system smell made it unbearable to stay inside. I was literally struggling to breathe and had to leave the room in the middle of the night just to get fresh air. To make things worse, the valet staff is completely unprofessional--they don't even know how to drive properly and ended up damaging my gear box. The rooftop restaurant was another letdown. The food was below average, and despite advertising drinks at MRP during IPL, they only gave a 20% discount on food. That's misleading and unacceptable, especially at the rates they charge. Hotel management seriously needs to address their sanitation issues. Even while writing this review, I get a headache just thinking about the awful experience. Would not recommend!

Room : Suite I had a fantastic stay where comfort was a top priority. The accommodations were lavish, providing a truly relaxing environment. The check-in and check-out processes were seamless and efficient. Special thanks to the front desk, whose exceptional assistance greatly enhanced my experience. They were always available, friendly, and attentive, making sure every need was met. I was thoroughly impressed by the level of personalized attention I received from the hotel staff. They anticipated my needs and were proactive in ensuring that I had everything I required.The housekeeping staff maintained impeccable cleanliness of the room as well of the property. The staff's attention to detail was commendable. Overall, the service was outstanding and contributed significantly to a memorable stay. I highly recommend this place for anyone seeking excellent customer service.

I recently stayed at this hotel during my visit to Pune for a medical procedure at Ghaisas ENT Hospital, which is conveniently just a short walk away. The location couldn't have been better -- it's very close to the main market and surrounded by a wide range of restaurants, making it easy to find meals at any time. The room was exceptionally clean and hygienic, which was especially important for me post-surgery. It was also quite comfortable and thoughtfully equipped with all the basic necessities -- clean toiletries, a water kettle, cutlery, and more. Housekeeping was done daily without any reminders, keeping the room fresh and tidy throughout my stay. The staff was another highlight -- extremely cooperative, polite, and always ready to help with a smile. Both check-in and check-out processes were seamless and hassle-free. Overall, my stay was smooth, pleasant, and comfortable. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a well-located and well-maintained place to stay in Pune.

Everest Regency is a fantastic lodge that meets all customer needs. The staff are polite and well-trained. The rooftop family restaurant and bar has a wonderful ambiance. Enjoyed the tasty tandoori lollipop, Schezwan noodles, and dessert. The chef personally checked on us for customer satisfaction. Highly recommended for an unforgettable stay. 5/5!"

We had a great stay at this hotel, it was one of the best we have stayed in during our India trip. The rooms are new, spacious and clean. Moreover, the staff, especially the madame working at the front desk, is very helpful and friendly.

The place is overall good, but the service left much to be desired. On the night of January 2, 2025, I had an unpleasant experience with the receptionist on duty by Mr. Shailesh Verma, who was rude and unhelpful. Thankfully, Mr. Krishna, a service boy, stepped in and turned things around with his excellent customer service skills. His professionalism and willingness to assist truly stood out and made our stay much more pleasant. I strongly urge the hotel administration to recognize and reward Mr. Krishna for his outstanding efforts. He is a valuable asset and deserves a promotion to an executive role. Such individuals set the standard for great customer service and should be encouraged to grow within the organization.
