Hotel Ellora Park in Dhankawadi, Pune is the worst hotel experience i had they try to target the non-local tourist to cheat and collect the extra cash here is one of my experience with the hotel||We traveled from Hyderabad to Pune for my friend's wedding in Nashik. We halted for a day at Hotel Ellora Park,Dhankawadi. since it was a long journey. The hotel management had given us a deluxe room. I went with the housekeeper to fill out the paperwork, and when my wife checked the tap, she discovered water leaking. She called me to let me know about the leak, and I told the hotel management that I hadn't finished the form yet. They simply came, checked the leak, and gave me a new room. Post filling the form they charged us 1200/-rs for a tap that had previously broken and claimed that we were the ones who had done it. The management's actions were impolite.

Don't book this hotel seeing terms and conditions on Goibibo. I was booked hotel from goibibo on the condition of (above 18+ guest are allow and unmarried couples are allowed) but hotel staff not allows 21 age below guest. It created a problem for me to find new room in new city. seeing terms and conditions online and booking hotel wastage of time & risk of money refund.(Tip for hotel) :- Dear, hotel staff As per low Even though there is no law that prohibits unmarried couples from booking a room together in hotels, there is a minimum age requirement by the law. You and your partner should be a minimum of 18 years of age while checking in to any hotel)
