HOTEL DREAMLAND

I stayed at this hotel for two days and had a fantastic experience. The non-AC room, priced at 1900 per night, was well-maintained and comfortable. The location was perfect, right on the main road opposite the railway station, making it easy to find. The complimentary breakfast was of excellent quality, and the food overall was delicious. The service was highly professional, and the staff ensured a pleasant stay. Definitely a great value for money and a highly recommended place!

The location is good. I had taken a non AC room. Only 1 ceiling fan. Room was okay. No Mini fridge/locker/tea/coffe powder provided in room. Food was okay. Room service is quick but clumsy. Check out time is also feel odd at 10 AM. Bathroom/shower/toilet was good and highlight of the stay. Shampoo and small soap provided. No handwash provided ! brush and toothpaste was not provided, hair oil and Brush or hotel sleepers also not provided. Hotel should add some extra money but must provide at least brush and toothpaste

Good hotel with clean rooms and maintained well. It's right opposite to the railway station and at a very busy place. No problem for food as there is sagar hotel right next to it and food is good.

PROS: Clean and neat, with just the basic services and no frills. Courteous people. The attached veg restaurant was very very good and well served. CONS: 1. I did not feel comfortable with the complimentary breakfast that had limited options and restrictions on items served. They should either make it sumptuous with additional charge or remove it from the rental with a discount. So I give 4*. 2. The room should be furnished with a water kettle and tea kit. They supply hot drinking water in a flask in you need.

One of the best budget hotels. Very clean pure veg stay hotel, budget rates, balcony, exactly opposite to railway station, everything is accessible, pure veg, very good in room food service. Hot water. Only thing they need to do is spend money (since pmc wont do) to keep footpath cleaner before their hotel since balcony view is on there. I recommend this hotel highly.

The hotel is across from the train station on a busy road so the front facing rooms are quite noisy. Walls in our room desperately need paint. There was a drinking water fountain with service as well as not very hot water for tea from an electric kettle (same service guy). Breakfast is served in a decent restaurant on the ground floor, so no need to book it. We ate our lunch there as well.

Great place to stay. Excellent location. Opp pune railway station. Good option for veg food at Sagar restaurant

HOTEL RECEPTION STAFF IS VERY RIGID AND RUDE. ROOMS WERE CLEAN BUT WITHOUT ANY AMENITIES. WE REACHED HOTEL AT 8 AM. THE ROOMS WERE EMPTY BUT STILL THE HOTEL STAFF LIED THAT THE ROOMS WERE FULL AND WILL GET THE ROOMS AT 10 AM. BREAKFAST THEY PROVIDE IN SAGAR RESTAURANT ON THE GROUND FLOOR. BUT NO OPTIONS ARE THERE IN THE RESTAURANT. NO WATER BOTTLES WERE PROVIDED IN THE ROOM AT THE TIME OF CHECK IN. HOTEL STAFF ESPECIALLY VERY VERY RUDE AND RIGID. IF YOU ARE IN SERVICE INDUSTRY THEY SHOULD BE LITTLE FLEXIBLE.
