Overall its good hotel. However, one word of caution. You may struggle to get a proper GST Bill. Never pay them full payment. First get the bill in hand and verify. Then pat the amount. Otherwise, at any time their billing software may face technical glitch. Like today, I had faced. Literally, I had to stand there at reception for 1 hours just to get a proper tax invoice.

It was great stay with hotel chaitanya, food and staff was awesome they always smile and greet the people specially I would like to thanks for housekeeping 02 boy and reception sir and maam they really help us with good manner Everything is great but I would like to suggest you please change the location because hotel is awesome but the outside location is pathetic

Super deluxe room with A/C not working. TV with no important channels and rooms not clean upto mark.

Coming to this hotel felt so good that we are not staying in any hotel but we are at home and the staff of the hotel also speak very lovingly. And the rooms are also very good Andthis place is pretty good too

One of the best place to hangout with family and friends, food quality and staff is very good with ambience at its class

No comments it's not comfortable no Program at tv no quality even plates also didn't given for lunch...it's to bad

Very nice service staff and ambience also good and receptionist is very couple friendly and room is cleaned
