Hotel Centro is a well-located property situated in a central area, making it convenient for travelers to access nearby attractions and amenities. The hotel maintains a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene throughout, ensuring a comfortable stay. The receptionist was very helpful and attentive, showing genuine care for each visitor and making check-in smooth and welcoming. One of the highlights is the in-house restaurant, Chirp, which offers delicious food with impressive quality and variety. The rooms were also clean, hygienic, and well-maintained, providing a pleasant and restful environment. Overall, it was a satisfying experience, and I would definitely consider booking here again for my next visit.

Staff was extremely accommodating and was prompt with every request. Rooms had newer comfortable beds, quiet AC, great bathroom and shower. Restaurant had delicious food with nice mix of western/Indian. Common areas had nice aesthetic with marble floors and staircases and green plants everywhere. No AC in restaurant but had a water mister and fans to keep you cool. Not a lot of commerce immediately around the hotel but plenty within walking distance or short cab ride away. Great value at ~$60 USD/night.

The hotel is placed at a quiet street in a vivid neighbourhood with nice shops and restaurants. |The crew is extremely friendly and helpful. The roomservice is awesome. Whatever we needed (sewing kit, help with the saree...) - you just had to ask (very easy via WhatsApp) and someone was there to help. |The interior is affectionate and tasteful. Everything is very clean. The beds are comfortable and the bathroom provides enough space including a large shower enclosure. |The restaurant in the basement has a very nice vibe, looks wonderful and you can get both indian and european dishes at a high quality and normal prices. The all you can eat breakfast includes fresh made indian specialities like dosa but you can also order pancakes (-: You even get Coffee and Tea prepared with oatmilk! |We stayed as a group of 16 persons from Germany. The staff handled this task uncomplicated, complaisant and very patient (-;|Next time we will come to Pune we will definitly stay again at the Centro.

We enjoyed a very nice and clean stay at this Hotel. Great experience, staffs are polite and helpful plus this hotel is situated at centric location in Shivaji Nagar. Good parking available and security personnels are very friendly and helpful. Rooms are very spacious and clean. Every accessories and items are in working condition with excellent quality and service. Breakfast here is complimentary and they set up breakfast buffet here every morning with almost every item being available. Dosa and Sandwiches can be ordered from live kitchens which is also at absolute complimentary services. Very tasty and hygienic food, clean and neat rooms and centric location makes this place worth every Rupee!

My Family stay 19.20Apr.Hotel is decent. Good location in city. Limit option for Breakfast. In the morning my family got big surprise NO HOT water all the Rooms. And the response to repair very late. And surprisingly they dont have equipment to find out early this issue. Those who make noise got water with buckets. Most of members bath with normal water. As need to go. Only sorry is response. This how hotel is serious. So when do check in pls ensure they will have Hot water. Higher category room even dont have view.

We have been staying here quite frequently since past 2 years. Hotel is very particular on cleanliness, hygiene and adopting green initiatives. Location is convenient and lots of food options available through hotel restaurant as well as surrounding areas. Overall a good, economical option. Only constraint is that rooms are not big enough to accommodate 3 adults.

This hotel is at a prime location with easy access to Shivaji Nagar Bus stand and places to visit like shanivaar wada and dagduseth mandir|The stay was overall a Wow|I arrived early and was given a early checkin as well and the staff was polite enough to answer every queries.|The ambiance of the room and the restaurant is soothing. I loved the buffet breakfast in the morning with multiple varieties of snacks served.|Overall a very good experience.

The hotel is situated in a good location. But the check in time is 1400 hrs. Don't know why?? Reached at Hotel reception at 1300 hrs. but reception did not welcome and asked for even water. Kept us waiting about for an hour. This was a very bad experience. Otherwise rooms are very clean and fine.
