The location is fantastic and the rooms are spacious. If you're looking to do shopping and look around, this is an ideal place to stay at. Having said that, I hope the hotel addresses the following issues: * service is very slow and poor. I asked for water bottles and then had to remind them again an hour later. Got locked out of the room on 2 occasions. * There's no AC in the corridors. So it's very unpleasant to walk around in the hotel. It's stuffy, hot and poorly ventilated. * Internet provided by the hotel is very weak and connectivity is very poor in the rooms. So if you're looking to get some online work done, it's a nightmare. * The water in the washroom is not clear. It's pale yellow * Breakfast is very very nominal

I had a pleasant stay at Hotel Aurora Towers in Pune. The hotel boasts a great location in the heart of the city, making it convenient for exploring nearby attractions, shopping, and dining. The rooms are spacious, well-maintained, and offer a good level of comfort. The staff was courteous and responsive, ensuring a smooth check-in and stay. The hotel's dining options were impressive, with a variety of delicious dishes to choose from. The rooftop restaurant provided a great ambiance with a lovely view. The amenities, including the pool and fitness center, added to the overall experience. The only area for improvement is that some parts of the hotel feel slightly dated and could benefit from minor renovations. However, this did not impact my overall experience much. Overall, Aurora Towers is a great choice for both business and leisure travelers, offering comfort, good service, and a prime location in Pune. Would definitely consider staying again!

Terrible experience. We go to hotels for relax stay. But when it comes to a hotel like aurora tower the things get change. Though they have compensated for one day tariff. But they can never every compensate a customer for spoiling a trip. Very unprofessional staff specially (Mr.Krishana). Thank God, I faced them for only 2 days. Not even worth for a day. Only the plus point is location. Else you will never know what will happen next to turn your trip a headache.
I came here to stay because my mother was not feeling well and we came early morning to Pune but front desk man Ramesh takkar is very rude behaviour I request him so many times , at least tell me can I get the room but very attitude and rude language. Must be polite person on front desk. Not satisfied
The location is great. Rooms are nice clean and big. Cleanliness, cooling is well maintained. Have a nice rooftop swimming pool. Buffet spread is nice. They have a stupid liquor policy though!! When we ordered beers to room they refused to get beers to room sighting hotel policy. We were told to go to " aqua lounge" bar down stairs. we did so . However 15 mins there was no one there. Finally some one came and told us since we have a child with us we cannot come to aqua lounge. On the same day evening we visited " aqua lounge" without any children this time. we were told that it is occupied for private party. Hence we were again denied entry. The restaurant too does not serve alcohol. In short if you are with family you cannot have liquor any where at this hotel. Only stags, groups without kids can have alcohol at hotel bar. This seems so stupid. When we spoke to the guys they said they can't help us. As it's the hotel policy. The reception too seemed unbothered and unwelcoming. Very surprising for a hotel which had a significant foreign clientale.
Absolutely horrendous! The room looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months--bugs everywhere, broken furniture, and a smell so bad it made us gag. The staff was not only rude but outright dismissive, refusing to address any of our concerns. This place should be shut down--it's a health hazard, not a hotel!
We planned a friends re-union and we had travelled from abroad to meet in Pune. Booked the Arora Towers as it is a part of our memorries of our city. The rigid rules of the hotel made our reunion a nightmare and a disaster. Our friends ( guests) were not allowed to meet us - they were rudely advised to be confined to the lobby area. we even had the manager and a 'security gaurd' at our room door constatntly ringing the bell to check if we had our guest in our room - And mind you, we were two ladies in the room. It was a horror to experiencing such severe 'Polic'eing as if we were criminals doing something illegal. If you need to feel relaxed, expect an enjoyable stay , and have to meet friends - this hotel is NOT the option.
