Hotel Ashiyana

Most Pathetic Hotel I ever experience. I was at business tour and I book Ashiyana for 2 Person. When I reached hotel for check in at 10.30 pm. Reception staff was rude . They took 20-30 min just for check in . Room condition was very bad, Washroom was in very bad condition. Towel which they provide was already used. No dental kid provided by hotel. At morning my colleague health was unwell so I request for breakfast at room which i going to take from restaurant but they rejected the same. I request not to book hotel where they don't want customer. Hotel- Pathetic. Services- Pathetic. Staff- Pathetic. Tariff - 3500/- ( Not Worth to pay )

I had an amazing stay at Hotel Aashiyana! The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. Special thanks to Ms. Charu & Mr. Vikas for their co-operation. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area, and I look forward to staying here again in the future!

Good hotel but service is not up to mark. Food quality is good

I had the worst stay ever in this hotel because of the rude, arrogant behaviour of the reception staff. After making an advance booking on their website, we were told there was no booking made. The reception did everything to ensure we had an unpleasant stay. DISGUSTING.

Though the location is good, the staff is really bad. They are not clear about their own policies at all. When asked they try to bargain or justify their behaviour without any proof. There is no water for drinking in the room, when asked the staff, we were told to get separate water bottles or get it ourselves from the filter. Issue is present with the washroom cleanliness, water clogging is there. Also in previous visit there was issue with room, lock. Anyone with the master key could enter the room as it can not be locked from the inside. Location wise the hotel is good but service provided is really pathetic. It needs restructuring for better performance.
