Hotel Ashish Plaza

The hotel is kind of okay. They don't even provide bottled water in rooms. Rooms are spacious but the interiors are very old and needs upgrade. The washroom bath fittings are very old and I had a hard time operating them. There is limited parking space available. Hotel location is very good, overall I would not recommend this place.

I recently attended a surplus house sale event at Hotel Ashish Plaza, located opposite Fergusson College in Pune. The hotel offers ample parking space, which is a significant advantage for events attracting numerous visitors. However, during the event, I noticed the absence of air conditioning and dedicated changing rooms in the event area. These amenities are essential for clothing sales events to enhance the comfort and convenience of attendees. Incorporating air conditioning and providing changing rooms would greatly improve the experience for both organizers and visitors during such events.

Stars for the location but nothing else is good about this place. Staff was friendly but they cant do anything to help you if you have any issues. Not worth the price they are charging as the service is poor. They have AC remote in the room but not working, if you call the room service they don't know what to do. No room card available (at least for my room) so every time you go out you are dependent on hotel staff to open door for you upon return. No toiletries provided by default and towels. Toilet flush was leaking. Breakfast was ok so adding another star for that but thats it. I had a short stay there and decided to never book this place again.

Decent budget hotel right on FC road. Worth the price. Rooms were good for the budget and also spacious. Had taken 2 rooms and got a 10% of on the price when booked through their website. Early checkin around 11:00 was accommodated.|You might feel the rooms a bit smelly when u enter but opening the windows will bring it to normal in few mins|Few improvements that can be done - taps needs to be fixed with aerators so that it does not splash, cleaning of scales.

Disgusting experience, The staff was absolutely rude, did not tend to the service and later the staff used foul and abusive language on one of my friend because she went in to check that she had forgotten her wallet, the staff stole the wallet and the 5k within it and then even refused any claims or try to help us with the process of checking in the rooms. Is not safe for women and definitely not safe for your belongings. Hope this review helps someone. No one co-operated from the admin either.

Pathetic and nonsense receptionist. He had no etiquettes and was very mannerless. Being a solo female traveller I felt unsafe even while having a conversation with him. He charged 1100 extra just because I had early check in and that too my room was not given as per my choice. No breakfast when asked if that's possible even after charging 1 and half day tariff (2200+1100) Gave pathetic room with no clean washroom, no complimentary water bottle was given and was asking 30 rupees for packaged water. Moreover nonsense attitude of the staff. The worst part was that my luggage was shifted from one room to other during my absence even without informing me and this also resulted in the loss of my honey bottle and a slight crack on my suitcase. If you're a female who is travelling alone then never ever choose this hotel. Moreover smelly small rooms, unhygienic washroom and dirty towels give. Not at all safe for anyone. A BIG NO.

So pathetic . Arrogant staffs they dont care even you are standing at reception for any help , very old and small rooms with a bonus of unhygienic things on rooms in toilets . Staffs behave like guests are like beggers . If anyone have any option to chose any other hotel kindly dont come here for Gods sake . Such people are really downing the Pune experience . One of Nicest place to stay. It's quite in the middle of the town. Infront of Fergusson College. When you come out of the hotel, you feel the pulse of Pune City. You can find some of the good places to eat. One such is Vaishali. Rooms Simple and clean. The hotel management should improvise on breakfast. Other wise it's a place to live comfortably. I will surely recommend.
