In house restaurant and bar. Rude Receptionist.. I booked through OYO and Made online payment. He refused to give the room because the payment was made online. After some argument he gave the room key. Room... TV & Wifi Not working, "Fan Speed Control knob" was totally broken. AC remote was not available in room. Even they didn't provide free drinking water eather. No Landline Phone available in room to call hotel reception to ask for service. Even "Bathroom Mat" was not available to wipe feet. If you come out of the bathroom with wet feet, the whole room becomes dirty. And then no one comes to clean the room. Big Disappointment .

Very polite staff and best service. Room condition was good but needs to improve more about cleanliness. I like that their rates are reasonable and service is outstanding. Staff behaviour was very friendly and polite. You should visit it once.

Booked this accommodation through makemytrip in March 2024. Manager there is very greedy, donot welcome guests booked through OYO or makemytrip due to their cut commission. But who is forcing you to accept bookings from these partners? Advertisement mention that breakfast is included but that's not true. There is no nameplate on property, very difficult to locate it. I suggest these folks to close their business so that customers donot get harassed.

Let me tell u my experience in this restaurant/hotel 2 years ago I had came in this restaurant/hotel it was very nice,walls were clean, no insects But when I had went yesterday for 1 day to stay they were all roaches roaming around the room, walls had cracks, bathroom door was broken plus the bathroom wall was broken ,all dirt on the wallls. It was so unhealthy. Bad service, we had taken 24 hours 1 they told us that we have. To checkout rn when our 8-9 hours were pending. Don't go there to stay they don't follow their timing,im dissapointed in restaurant/hotel I don't even want to give 1 star but it won't let me post it without giving a star

Very bed experienced first time with OYO Asked 200 more then decided amount No room service at all Room and bathroom was very dirty Please hold property owner responsible for the same and refund the amount paid by me Zero star

The Rooms were not clean at all and the washroom was the worst. There were cockroaches all over in the room. Very bad experience in this oyo hotel. Couldn't sleep whole night due to the cockroaches on the bed.

Stayed there for over 5 nights for marriage function. Overall the rooms were tidy however the rooms on 1st floor were always smelling. The rooms were not cleaned for 5 days and no one even came to ask for cleaning. The good part was the beds/bathroom etc were tidy and spacious.
