FabHotel Span Executive - Hotel in Shivaji Nagar

Pros: 1. location is prime, near to the flee market (1km range) 2. Price is okay (not less as they charges 1600+ per day) Cons: 1. Cockroaches owns the building. 2. Behaviour of the manager (saurav) was very rude until i called fab hotel management. Before that he directly said we don't have room go somewhere else(even though i paid already) 3. Lights,bulbs,ac,tv,sofa,security: if you want all these then you are at wrong place. 4. Whole building was luxurious at a time but now it's not being maintained, they just want money basically and don't want to spend anything. 5. They give water in used bottles with open seal. 6. NO HOT WATER. You cannot bath in cold times. 7. I have lot of cons but my life will end before explaining everything, so u can watch the video. Conclusion: don't go there until it's really urgent, better to go a bit far from this high class location or pay more in another hotel.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was extremely disappointed. The rooms were nothing like the pictures advertised. They were in poor condition, with no proper locks on the doors, no AC remote, no hot water in the bathroom, and the overall hygiene of the room was unacceptable. Definitely not worth the stay.

Worst experience in my life. Pathetic property ever ever visited. No option for ( - )5 star, else they deserve ------ 5 Star. Worst rooms, Mannerless behaviour from over smart staffs. Fraud Hotel in India. They will rank one first page of Google search when you type Fraud Hotel in India.

The the worst hotel, irrespective staffs, careless attitude, badly maintained rest rooms, no proper amenities, ugly bed and pillows. Not interested to give even single star. I recommend don't recommend this hotel. I wasted my money by booking this hotel....i booked with breakfast but they bought breakfast from road side and provided .. hey Fab hotels are you mad, still keeping yourself quite after receiving so many bad reviews on this hotel,Fab hotel management itself not taking care of customers. They said at the reception that TV isn't working. Fair enough because they told me before check-in. But, this was only the start. There was no remote for AC. When asked at reception, they said they don't have it. The wifi router was at a long distance from the room, so the reception was poor. They only provided handwash in the bathroom. I had to purchase a toothpaste and soap seperately. The door lock wasn't working smoothly. I called the reception to send someone because I was locked inside. Nobody came. I unlocked it after a few minutes. There was no water for flushing in the morning. I called the reception, who said I'll have to wait for sometime. For the money I paid, there were definitely better options around. Please opt out if you care for yourself and your family, and most importantly your money.

Dear all, If you're looking to get spammed and enjoy poor facilities, trust me, this is the right place for you. I visited Pune for the first time and found this place near my workplace. I booked it for 2 nights through Fabhotel online, which claimed to offer all amenities with complimentary breakfast. However, upon reaching the hotel, the receptionist insisted on full payment before providing the key. Upon entering the room, I encountered a bad smell, no towels, no toiletries, no complimentary breakfast, not even a water bottle. The washroom was unclean and unhygienic. After complaining to the manager, he gave me a used water bottle. I strongly advise everyone against booking this hotel, especially Span Executive in Pune, through Fabhotel. Thank you
