Breakfast has included in tarif but hotel team has told that brekfast will start after 8:30, And I have asked for bread and tea team has told bread and bisket. I am not happy with team behaviour and service As per rs 2700 room was very short.

I was there for a few hours, during which time I did not use any service, except to request an extra towel, which was given immediately. The room was neat and clean and very good value for money. The location was convenient for me, and I could park my car inside the premises during the time I was in the hotel. The hotel staff were helpful

Room was good.. neat and clean. They also helped me with giving basement parking for my bike. Overall good experience. Will be opting the same on my next visit to Pune.

This place has some serious trust and integrity problems. We booked the whole hotel for a two-day wedding well in advance, and it turned into a nightmare. The receptionist took an advance of INR 25,000 and deposited it into his personal bank account, then disappeared on us. At first, the management seemed supportive, but they pulled out the night before our guests were supposed to check in and made us pay back most of the money that was taken. They waited until the last minute to pull this move, knowing we wouldn't have time to make other arrangements. When we confronted them, they denied any responsibility and blamed us for not being more careful. To make matters worse, one of our guests had their wristwatch stolen from their room during their stay. Honestly, I don't know what kind of business they're running here, employing what seem like thieves and fraudsters. The staff were generally rude and unhelpful, constantly hounding us about bills and payments as if we were the ones trying to scam them. I'll never recommend this place to anyone.

The location of the hotel is good. It has a very limited parking space available. Rooms could have been a little big compared to the price charged. Staff behaviour was ok, bit not very good.

Fab hotels is a Scam, I had booked Fab Shourya residency thru booking.com, but they transferred the booking to some Paradise inn and my family was made to pay extra 700 INR as they reached early morning, the hotel was shady and horrible. DON'T BOOK FAB HOTELS, ONLINE

My office booked for me, 1 night in Pune. Check-in was smooth. Room was clean, two towels, soap, shampoo, moisturizer, tea making equipment already present at the room. food was good too. Washroom is clean. Only the internet was not up to the mark. Rest is good.

Service was very bad. They charged me extra. No breakfast was provided.
