The owner's behavior is extremely disrespectful, lacking in basic manners when it comes to treating guests. Their arrogance suggests they believe they are running a luxury establishment like the Taj Hotel, but in reality, they seem to think providing rooms is a favor rather than a service. The service itself is subpar, requiring constant reminders to fulfill basic tasks such as providing water, and even then, delays are common. The quality of their amenities, such as towels and bed sheets, is appalling, with replacements only offered upon request. Consider this place for your stay only as a last resort. The place is great built but the services are extremely poor.

Only room, it's restaurant so don't expect services like hot water etc.
