FabHotel Paradise Inn - Hotel in Bavdhan, Pune

For a number of reasons, the hotel was terrible. For example, the pillows were old and dark in colour, possibly purchased about five years ago; the bathroom was disgusting, and they might have cleaned it a year ago; and we won't even touch their phones since they are so dirty.

I had a terrible experience with Fab Hotel booking. I booked a stay in advance at FabHotel Prime Shourya Residency Shourya Residency, Kothrud Chandragupta Society, but at the time of Check IN, they cancelled my booking without informing me and shifted me to another hotel of much lower grade FabHotel Paradise Inn at Bavdhan Khurd Tal. Mulshi Pune. I had to travel all the way to Mulshi. To make matters worse, the rate of the new hotel was significantly lower, but when I requested a refund for the price difference, they refused to refund the additional amount I was charged. This was outright unethical and feels like a scam. This kind of unprofessional and unethical behavior is unacceptable. Last-minute changes without prior notice and refusal to refund the difference show a complete lack of customer care. This hotel's management is unreliable, unprofessional, and dishonest. They ruined my trip and caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience. I strongly advise anyone considering Fab Hotel to think twice. This level of negligence and unaccountability is simply appalling. I will never stay here again and will make sure to warn others to stay far away from fab hotel bookings.

Febhotel paradise very chip hotel reception staff very rude . Room not cleaning and checkout many time disturb so cll and and sleep so voice inside .

Pathetically pathetic, don't book this hotel, horrible place and terrible staff, better to stay on road than staying here

I'm extremely disappointed with my recent experience at this hotel. Despite providing my Aadhar at check-in, my name was entered incorrectly. When I requested a correction, I was told modifications weren't possible, which is both frustrating and unprofessional. While the staff was cooperative, the hotel's rigid policies and lack of attention to detail are unacceptable and need immediate improvement

Very sorry to say. It's very substandard hotel. Bedsheet and cover very very poor,old, full of stains. Quality of window curtain very poor. Overall very bad experience. I would not recommend for staying in this property. Fabhotel group should pay attention while enlisting the hotel.

Not such as good. Don't get hot water for bath.Even they dont hav own restaurent. They will order breakfast from outside. They will not provide shaving kit

The location was not so good and the services were quite poor. There was no availability of hot water. They don't even have their own restaurant.
