FabHotel Kesar Inn - Hotel in Vadgaon Budruk, Pune

The rooms were not clean, bedsheet and pillows had stains on it. Water flow of the taps was very slow. When we asked to change our room, they very rudely addressed us and gave us another room. AC was on pre-set timer, when we asked why is that they told us because customers use it whole day. We weren't provided toileteries, we had to ask for towels, rooms had mosquitoes. Very Bad experience, would never recommend.

This is worst hotel. There was no water in the morning. I had important official work but in the Morning there was no water, no geyser, shower broken, at reception no one picking phone. Rooms were shabby, linens, blankets, pillow, towel were dirty. The gallery was narrow and suffocating and only single lift to go on floors and there were no stairs. It is NOT at all recommended for family or ladies. Please avoid and stay away from this shabby hotel. Fabhotels Pls do some research by visiting hotel physically before onboarding any hotel on your platform.

There was no water coming out of the wash basin tap. When I asked for the service and requested them to check, they said they will check next morning but then I was supposed to check out from the hotel next morning. I didn't like the service at the hotel. Rest of the things were fine.

Hall is ok for functions upto 150 people

Rooms are super clean for the price. AC , TV, wifi, hot water, everything you can ask for. For food either you can ask them to deliver from a nearby hotel or order through Zomato etc .

This hotel is very bad to stay. There is no cleaning. Service is very poor. Hotel rooms are very bad. Staff is very arrogant. I am not preferring this hotel for stay. Very very bad experience.

No value for money... House keeping n staff totally lazy... No food service... No nearby restaurants... only you can get a good room and bed... only for hourly stays

Hopeless service, there was no water bottle, no blanket, no toiletries kept, on request after several times, they got it, again it was not in good condition
