FabHotel Gargi Executive

I recently stayed at Hotel Gargi and was impressed by the experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring a smooth check-in process. The rooms were spacious, impeccably clean, and equipped with all the modern amenities one could ask for. The decor was elegant, creating a perfect balance between comfort and luxury.

Stay was abysmal. Toilet seat was broken and I have requested for still not repaired after repeated requests. Room were not clean, walls had spider nets, weird pungent smell was coming throughout the day. Staff was lethargic and was not responding well at all. Didn't provide any facilities after requesting as well not Even break fast. I have registered complaint as well but customer care hang up on me. Total bull shit experience after paying extra 400 as a weekend charge on your website.

We recently booked this hotel through FabHotel naming "Fabexpress". After reaching there instead of fabexpress OYO name was there. The rooms are really in worse condition. Don't go with the picture. They took whole amount at the check-in time only. 1. TV was not working 2. Room was smelling. 3. Commod lid broken 4. They didn't provide towels and handwash Don't stay there ever. Worst experience ever.

Very Bad Experience in (February-2025) - Avoid This Hotel! I had a terrible experience with this OYO booking. When I reached the hotel, the property owner demanded an extra 800. I called OYO customer service, but they said customers have to pay extra charges, which was very disappointing. The issues with the room were endless: 1. TV not working - The recharge was unpaid. 2. Bathroom door not locking - No privacy. 3. Very small room - Not as shown in the pictures. 4. Broken furniture - Everything looked damaged. 5. No blanket provided initially - Had to call multiple times to get one. 6. No towel in the room - Basic amenities missing. 7. No soap provided - Had to ask separately. 8. No geyser - No hot water available. I regret booking this hotel. OYO should take strict action against such properties. I do not recommend staying here!

Worst experience. Worst hotel ever. You can get very good hotel at 2k price. Yes you heard right, 2000 for the bullshit hotel. Rude people. Never stay in this bullshit hotel

This Hotel ambience is not good...the photos on website is different and in actual room is worst...no clean room, atmosphere is also not good.... toilet bathroom is ok....it is not 3star hotel...no cleaning of room...plz dnt go if u want good hotel

Great experience staying in this hotel excellent location very near and walking distance to shopping area and local restaurant and few minutes distance in Pune railway stations . The hotel rooms superior and the staff service are excellent and staff are polite and helpful ... I am very happy to stay here and will be back ....! Thanks to hotel staff and management

Hotel location is good. Rooms floor conditions are very bad. Wash room water flowing in the room.
