FabHotel Gargi Deluxe - Hotel in Shivaji Nagar, Pune

Rooms weren't in good condition, walls and window shades were dirty and washbasin had pan spit stains. They did not provide with any water bottles. There is no intercom installed. Though whatever you ask for they provide the same politely and nicely. Staff is professional and polite and welcoming. My review is purely about the look and feel of hotel else the staff and services upon asked were all 5 star rated.

Room needs to be more cleaned and maintained. Otherwise staffs behavior is so good. Also I need to highlight during our stay lift was damaged and it was not getting repaired within two days.

Very poor maintenance During my 1 day stay electricity supply was disturbed more than 10 times Small cockroaches all over room. Also no use of changing rooms as they are in whole hotel. Ac do not work half the time

Place infested with pests! Wow. Not a place to have a peaceful stay. Had lot of noise too since on the main street

Pathetic Experience, I booked a room from Agoda for 575 something (paid in advance), as showing in the screenshot, and after reaching there they refused to give a room, saying that there is no room vacant and they do not offer any room at that price, They must remove there listing from those website if they don't wanna serve the customer.
