Stay 30th January to 02nd February|Room Type: Premium Room||Pros:||The Premium Room at Fab Hotel Falcon Executive near Baner is quite spacious and can comfortably accommodate two adults and two kids with extra mattress, making it a good option for families. The staff members are polite and helpful, although they tend to respond only when guests repeatedly follow up. One of the positive aspects of my stay was the owner's professionalism, as he personally apologized for the room mix-up and showed a willingness to resolve issues. Despite the challenges, he seemed keen on improving the hotel, and with better management, this property has the potential to become a much better stay option in the future.||Cons:||1. Poor Location & Dusty Approach Road||The approach road leading to the hotel is a kaccha (unpaved) road, full of dust, making the entry inconvenient, especially for guests arriving with luggage. Additionally, there is ongoing construction right next to the hotel, which adds to the dust. ||2. Unhygienic Reception Area||The reception area is not well-maintained and had a noticeable number of houseflies. The sofas and seating area were dusty, indicating a lack of proper upkeep.||3. Room & Bathroom Maintenance Issues||Housekeeping services at the hotel are little inconsistent. On the first day the my room to be cleaned, however, on the second day, the room was not cleaned at all. There were visible strands of hair on the floor and layers of dust on the desk. The bathroom had visible flies, showing that deep cleaning is not being done regularly. Another major concern was loose or broken shower handles. Soap holders, cup holders, and other surfaces were covered in dust.||4. Poor Quality Toiletries||The hotel provided an outdated soap, which was more than a year old and shampoo packet itself was of very low quality, making it clear that the hotel does not prioritize providing good-quality toiletries. Guests are better off carrying their own toiletries.||5. Unreliable Wi-Fi Connection||The Wi-Fi at the hotel was a complete letdown. Although the connection was available, it was extremely slow 80% of the times, constantly buffering, and practically unusable. Watching videos, playing games, or even simple browsing was frustrating. If someone is looking for a hotel with a stable and fast Wi-Fi connection, this is NOT the place to stay.||7. Poorly Managed Breakfast Service||The complimentary breakfast service was highly disappointing. First, the timing was too late, as breakfast was only served around 9:00 AM, which is inconvenient for guests who have early schedules. I had to wait until 8:45-9:00 AM every day, which is not practical for business travelers or those planning an early outing. The food quality and variety were also disappointing. On the first day, they mentioned Upma but only served Poha. On the second day, they served Upma, but it was dripping with oil, making it unhealthy. On the third day, they served Poha again, which I refused.||8. Unorganized Reception & Poor Communication on Late Check-Out Requests||I had placed a special request for a late check-out by just one hour, but the way the request was handled was highly unprofessional. I had to call multiple times (2-3 times) just to get an answer, and the staff never called back to confirm whether it was possible or not. The receptionist was completely clueless about room availability for 1 hour late checkout and instead of checking the availability status, he simply refused the request without verifying anything. Guests who are expecting a smooth early check-in or late check-out should not count on it.||Final Verdict||Falcon Executive Hotel has some positives, such as a spacious premium room, a polite staff, and an owner who is willing to address concerns. However, the biggest drawbacks are the lack of cleanliness, poor service management, bad Wi-Fi, and unorganized reception staff. These issues bring down the overall experience significantly. With better attention to detail, regular maintenance, and improved service quality, this hotel has the potential to be much better in the future.

If you are looking for calm location, beautiful surroundings,good food and serenity, you must come here. I had a great time here with helpful staff and their exceptional service. Specifically I want to mention one thing that I stayed here for 7 days solo and it's too safe and sound for solo woman travellers. Must visit!

Great Hotel. Only One suggestion to Owner or Mgmt Please put Grills on Balcony you never know what mishap can happen. Mgmt was helpful for keeping our cycles safely in store room. Hotel staff was polite

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel and would advise others to avoid it. The quality of service was subpar, with several issues during my stay. The room lacked basic amenities like milk powder or coffee, making it impossible to prepare a simple tea or coffee. The handwashes provided were of poor quality and seemed to be locally sourced, which was concerning. Additionally the air conditioning unit was noisy with signs of leakage. Outside noise was also an issue, making it difficult to get a good night's rest. The breakfast, which was included with my stay, was also a letdown. They would either prepare it when requested or outsource it from a local vendor. The milk provided was diluted with water, which made it unappetizing. To make matters worse, the photos and descriptions on the booking platform were misleading. The actual room and facilities did not match the images or the expectations set by the hotel. I would strongly recommend not staying here if you're looking for a comfortable and reliable Additionally never use FabHotels for hotel booking.

The hotel was below standards as compared to the tariffs charged. In name of breakfast, they are giving 2 spoonful of poha ( that too not fully cooked). No parking space. Everyday you need to struggle for parking. The cleanliness is also not good especially in the bathrooms like the sink has no drainage system, the water will take forever to drain, the flush and the jet spray had no pressure. Wi-Fi connectivity was poor. Not well trained staff and poor hospitality. Interestingly I booked the trip via fab hotels while the person at the reception couldn't locate the booking. Only when i showed the payment proof, he gave us a room and handed over the water bottle in my hand. Fab hotel feels like a SCAM.

My room was spacious and well-equipped, featuring a comfortable bed, excellent air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, and fast Wi-Fi. The attention to detail was impressive, and everything was maintained to a high standard, creating a relaxing atmosphere. The hotel's location is also a big plus.it's conveniently situated near key attractions and transportation hubs, making it easy to explore the area. Overall, I was thoroughly impressed with FabHotel Falcon Executive. It's the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and great service. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a hassle-free, enjoyable stay. I'll definitely be back!

Pathetic service! Its a humble request to a genuine customers, not to go with this hotel. As the management and the staff is bad. Please see the pic i have posted... And don't go with Agoda too... As they are super unsupportive. U will regret with Agoda and the Hotel is super dirty... Check the picture pls...
