The hotel has some strong points, but there are a few areas that need improvement. The management could be more attentive. For instance, there's soft music playing in the background throughout the hotel, which is nice at first, but it became distracting during parties or events, making it hard to enjoy the atmosphere. Additionally, the number of waiters seems limited, so it was often hard to get service when needed. The location is perfect, very accessible and convenient. However, a strange choice was made to cover some of the indoor seating areas with sand to create a beach-like feel. While the idea might seem creative, it wasn't very comfortable or practical for a hotel setting. It just made the space feel messy rather than relaxing. Overall, the hotel has potential but could improve in service and design choices to create a more pleasant experience for guests.

Hotel staff not supported to for half fired rice for baby . It's make waste all rice . They give us chicken crispy it's too much hard it make tooth pain

This hotel is a highway touch, has various dishes. We mainly tried the Chicken Kababs, and all of them were fantastic, service was excellent as well. There's plenty of parking too. Will definitely recommend as the ambience, taste and quality is exceptional. A live karaoke session also takes place

It was the worst experience. Among three persons of accomodation, only one bottle of mineral water was given. Water leakage from ceiling in wash room. Door was not properly functioning. Flush was not working at all in toilet. Restaurant music was disturbing till mid night in the room. Just imagine, how we have tolerated whole night and day.

Absolutely Horrible. RAT in the room. Tore our hand bags. Flimsy room service. We ad to request 2 times before changing room. No one picks up the phone at reception/room service. Ever morning and night we stayed we had to call reception (go down in fact) to inform them. We paid for delux room with breakfast. But when we checked in we were told that there is No breakfast . We were not even refunded the money we paid for breakfast. The Hotel deserves ZERO rating ! Worst experience will never visit again.

We had an event nearby so stayed here 2 nights for the convenience. Rooms are quite small. Main issue here are hygiene and cleanliness which are really low. Bed sheets had stains, there was dust & cobwebs everywhere. Bathroom was full of stains with no water one morning.

Room is infested with Rats.. Mosquito Repellent was not provided had to request Manager for one. Bathroom Knob was broken faced difficulty turning hot and cold water knob..Room was provided to us without dusting.. Complimentary breakfast was assured while booking but when we checked with the Manager he said this are all marketing gimmicks and they do not provide Breakfast he suggested you should directly call the Hotel before booking online. Overall except for location this place is not recommended. In case of emergency you can book this Hotel for one day stay..We were also informed that we cannot order food in the Room at night.
